National Security Adviser suggested today that sanctions & protests have Iran “choked off”, will force them to negotiate. Actually, I couldn’t care less if they negotiate. Will be totally up to them but, no nuclear weapons and “don’t kill your protesters.”— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 12, 2020
I'll have to give Trump credit for actually writing "I couldn't care less", instead of the grammatically wrong but often used "I could care less". I'm just gangsta like that.

I'm so old I remember when a cabinet member going on a Sunday show and giving a contradictory story about intelligence was enough to merit 7 congressional investigations, one led by a guy named Mike Pompeo. https://t.co/hqMslYuLxR— emptywheel (@emptywheel) January 12, 2020
The phrase ' could care less' isn't grammatically incorrect, the phrase just conveys the opposite of what the speaker meant. Kind of like when a gangsta says 'I ain't got none'. That's said, I couldn't care less and find grammar Nazis are often annoying.

Maybe we should start a thread of things Trump tweeted or said that are true. It would have to be bumped to be kept on page one but it still might be interesting.
The original tweet is typical of the right. It assumes that the only those who advocate socialist economic policies are those who stand to benefit from them.
TrumpCo doesn't even try any more. The dementia, and the minions covering for the dementia, will make it worse.
Unlike the right wing economic policies, where everyone is promised a trickle down pony, while the .1% gets the whole stable...
