Trinidad and Tobago coach Bertille St Clair wants Birmingham City's Dwight Yorke to end his international exile and help the Caribbean island's final push to qualify for the 2006 soccer World Cup. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/headlinenews?id=319381&cc=5901
Dwight Yorke is a must be player for the T&T nat'l team, he is an eternal head-ache for the concacafs defenders
Well...thats true also, but still having yorke on the Team will be a good addition for the T&T team, dont you think that he can help, teach and support all the new young players?
He has to want to. In the past, DY's call ups have also turned into some real scandals. Fights with the coaches and fed . Out partying all night before matches. Not showing up with the rest of the team and asking to be treated differently. Not wanting to train with the Nats, money complaints, etc. His Nats behaviour and history is not sparkiling. From all reports in England he hasn't changed all that much when it comes to doing what he wants, when he wants. Would he help. Yes. Does he want to in a constructive manner? That's a different question all together.
Meh. We didn't have much trouble with him at Foxboro in 2001, and back then Jeff Agoos and David Regis were part of our starting defense.
Good post TAKK. I agree. Yorke of old would help, but he might just be more of a hindrance to T&T than anything else.
Thats very interesting...i didn't know that...good remark TAKK, so is him like the Jamaican onandi Lowe? a no-discipline player_?
