Tickets/Parking will be sold through AO National and the buses will be handled by the regional groups. Remember, AO Providence and AO Hartford are still part of the New England family. Not sure about AO Bridgeport, they're more in New York's orbit as they're probably Yankee fans.
Not at as much as the ride from Hartford. Please get over your hatred of Foxborough, the Krafts, etc.
Patchy grass or not, I am very excited for the match. It'll be my fourth cap. I'm bringing some newly recruited Outlaws from Western Mass, about 15 in total...converts from the Argentina game. I would like to give travelers and beer lovers a heads up: On the weekend of the match (including Friday), Boston will be host to arguably the biggest craft-brew festival this side of the country. For the US game in Hartford last year, they let me purchase 1 ticket at the member price. Each additional one was at the regular. However, you could order through your chapter I believe as many as you need at the member price. So if you register, join a chapter and ask them. I would assume it's similar this time around.
just a quick FYI....red sox are home to the A's that weekend if youre looking to expand your sports weekend...
There may be some things at the Phoenix Landing in Cambridge but most of the festivities will be at the Banshee in Dorchester. A truly wonderful place and the best Guinness you will ever have.
You mean night before party? We're trying to get both involved actually. We'll keep ya posted. Definitely become a fan on FB and join the mailing list. http://www.boston.theamericanoutlaws.com/contact/
Sounds exciting! Who knows, maybe I'll just have to go to both. Really though, I just need to be where the AO travel director is partying...He brings it. A few friends and I are into home brewing. We're working on a special brew just for the AO...Maybe we'll have a keg of the stuff at the tailgate (for free, of course). Any name ideas?
Supporters Section seats now on sale. $52 for members, $57 for non-members. http://www.theamericanoutlaws.com/store Get em before they sell out, because this game will sellout. Word from US Soccer is this game is GA.
According to the map on ussoccer.com, they show that the front row seats will be sold for $295. So is the supporter's section going to be rows 2 and up?
If the AO section is going to be GA, then I don't see how they're going to charge $295 for the first row, unless they're talking about the other side of the stadium. Did anyone go to the USA - Poland game? I wasn't in AO at that time, but I remember that first row tickets were pretty expensive for that one too. It didn't stop them from having their banners and flags and stuff hanging from the front, so I'm assuming it won't affect anything for this match either. ALSO, I AM SO EXCITED TO GO TO THIS GAME, HOLY CRAP.
