Wiltord joins Rennes. With Marcio Emerson they might sign another striker making Esteban nr.8 or 9 in attack...

but then, St.Gallen still is interested in a loan of Esteban

Sion close to signing Adeshina of Bellinzona, Wicky is also said to be close to a move.

Although Rafael remains a top target, Hertha Berlin have started to look for other strikers.

YB sign Blaise N'Kufo's younger brother, Yannick, from Yverdon, he will play for their U21 team. They have also signed Ivorian 19 year old, Thierry Doubai. Also, Steven Ukoh, 16, have signed a new contract for them.

I can't help but wonder if FCZ is making the right decision here. An emotional "No!" to Hertha may seem like the right thing to do right now but CHF 10 mio. is a very large sum and would cover a lot of the FCZ budget this year, Champions League or not.

    - Diego Lattmann moves to Slovan Liberec

    - Page is a free agent and might sign for Aarau

    - Siqueira-Barras is on trial at Vaduz

    - Giallanza, Pallas and Lonfat are also without contracts and looking for new clubs

    - Dugic is on trial at a Bundesliga club (!?)

    - Lens wants to sign Mangane!

YB new boy Thierry Doubai was voted the best player of Toulon's youth tournament. Seems like a real prospect.

No, you must confuse him with someone else. He's 22, brought up in the FCZ youth teams, later played for Concordia, Kriens and Baden. Weird transfer anyway

    Any idea which one?

PS: any news on D. Degen?

maybe D.Degen could change to Basel after all. But Basel said there won't be any action before the Switzerland-Netherlands match. Then surely Basel wouldn't accept a one year contract. And Basel do not really need him

for Oumar Kondé, he still could move to FCZ to replace SvB

Cesar might join Al Ahly Dubai on Sunday. Very bad for FCZ just before the CL rematch.

Besides, Hertha made a last offer for Raffael

Salifou (Wil) is on trial at Blackburn. It seems like the Challenge league clubs sells as many players to foreign clubs as the Superleague..Strange that Superleague clubs don't pick up these players before...

Lens' bid for Mangane is about 5 mil SFr, YB bought him for 250 000.

Former FCB U21 striker Luka Lapenda has apparently signed for GC and might give his debut on sunday.

Hmm...maybe I should go and check them out this season.
It seems Hertha signed André Lima from Botafogo. Would they still want him now?

Again, I question FCZ's wisdom here, especially since it seems that Raffael wants to go.

I can see where they are coming from. First they get their team picked apart to pieces due to idiotic release clauses. Then Hertha, who already took Favre and Von Bergen from them, try to sign their biggest star (who apparently doesn't have a release clause) and in the middle of this massive transfer orgie they are in the middle of trying to qualify for the CL. I can understand why they are desperatly trying to hold on to their players in this stage.

new reports say Mangane will cost 3 mil SFr, Cesar 2 mil SFr and that Hertha's current bid for Raffael is 10 mil Euro!! (the last figure is not certain though)

Cesar moved and won't play for Zurich any more

Mangane should sign for Lens tomorrow, so he won't play against them on Thursday

FCZ tried to get him available for the Besiktas game but Al-Ahly wouldn't let him...

The price is 4,5 m SFr. I wonder what YB will do with the money, and how they will replace him for the Lens-game (Yapi is injured).
