I can see where they are coming from. First they get their team picked apart to pieces due to idiotic release clauses. Then Hertha, who already took Favre and Von Bergen from them, try to sign their biggest star (who apparently doesn't have a release clause) and in the middle of this massive transfer orgie they are in the middle of trying to qualify for the CL.
