Looks like we signed Chilean international RB Mauricio Isla. I am very happy as a Chilean, to finally have one of my own on one of my fave teams but as a fan of l'OM, where does this leave Dja Djédjé? If we go by the fact Michel is Spanish and chose Manquillo over DD on Friday, does that mean DD a) is being forced out or b) (this is just speculation on my part) he may be pushed to the left where there is virtually no cover for Mendy? I hope it's the latter because DD is probably one of our most reliable players.

Either way, I am happy to see "el Huaso" sign for l'OM: probably one of the world's most underrated RBs.

Musical chairs football going on at Marseille and Monaco. Change half your team from year to year. Doesnt work. Continuity breeds success. These teams are f****d.

Actually its good Bielsa is gone because his head would explode trying to intergrate the new players. Its good to have someone who wasnt there last year and get a fresh start. Lemina loan to Juve. Why loan one of your best young talents who's actually playing and contributing ? I dont get it. Gignac just did an interview saying he wanted to stay. Didnt want to extend him because thyey're too cheap.

It seems like we signed Rolando who is a LCB: didn't we have one of those on Rekik?

Marseille have lost Ayew and Gignac, two players with a good value on the market, for free so I'd have expected Labrune not to repeat the same mistake and prioritize selling N'koulou and Mandanda if they refused to extend their contract. This transfer window has really been poorly managed also in terms of players targeted with Michy being the only decent forward in the roster for, at least, the upcoming 6 months.

What are your thoughts on how Lemina will fit in at Juve with a midfield of Pogba, Marchisio, Pereyra, Khedira, Hernanes, Sturaro along with young Frenchman?

I think Juve have an obligation to buy him next summer which is nothing more than a guaranteed deferred payment. It's really a loan in that sense.

It seems like we're trying to land either Jordan Vertout or Carlos Sánchez from Villa on loan; looks like we wrapped up deals for B. Gomis and T. Hubocan.

Dkoudou (Spurs) and Mandanda (Palace) left: ditto for Dja dje dje (Watford).

Alessandrini and Rolando have been transfer-listed: their wages are too high.

Looks like Vertout and Sánchez "might" join from Villa, though Betis are also after the former.

Hard time with Newcastle negotiating for Thauvin.

    N'Jie has joined on loan.

mismanagement of the club and poor long term plans ... thats what has ruined this once great club .. they had so many chances to do right in the 2000-2010 era but they screwed up so many times .. its now too late , it will take some schrewed businesses decisions or a sugar daddy to get OM back to its glory

New sporting director either Andoni Zubizaretta who was sporting director at Barca from 2010-15 or Monchi who is the current director of football at Sevilla.
