CONCACAF CL. Kicks off at 8, no FSC coverage. Torres didn't play over the weekend against Puebla, so he should be good to go for this one.
Gringo with a cross that should have scored a goal. It is much funner to watch Gringo when he is not playing with the backups.
Torres steals the ball at the top of the box and fires 10 yards high of the goal. He is coming out on fire.
Goal Pachuca. Torres, to the left fullback, to Alvarez. Alvarez is a forward this match. This new attack looks potent.
2-0 Pachuca. Again Torres, to the overlapping fullback, to Mendivil. All the danger is coming from the left, where the Torres brothers are.
21 is a turnover machine for Pachuca. I love his perspective, I have lost the ball 20 times in a row, so I must be due for a good play.
Gringo in the last 5 minutes has had 2 steals in the midfield, both times freeing Alvarez for a counter. HT.
Man, I picked the wrong game not to watch. I'm gonna have to check out the second half. Regardless, nice to hear Jose doing so well and hopefully this gets him more playing time with Pachuca's first team and more looks from Bob Bradley, too.
I don't know how great the competition is, but regardless he is making the best of it. What I am most pleased about is that this great match is at the LM position.
