Cuz we think it's the new Rocky movie.

The case is interesting but I think the guy loses. Title IX was meant to protect the female students, not their coaches.

while i'd love title IX to protect "whistle blowers" I agree that he'll probably loose since it doesn't specify protection (ability to sue)

All I know about Title IX I've learned from Flannigan. It has to do with cutting off young baby boys' genitalia and feeding them to Julie Foudy, right?
