    63rd minute.. Tennyson gets red carded.. Uh oh.. But no need to worry, Portland quickly scores 2. 3-0 Portland in the 67'.

    Glad to be of service

    A great effort last night by the suddenly red hot Timbers. Playing without two key players - Sancho and Tennyson - we took it to Montreal in front of 9,000 at PGE Park. Now if Rochester could return the favor by beating Minnesota and we get a couple more breaks we could get the third spot in the west.

    The Timbers set a new team-high for season attendance with 87,648 fans, breaking last seasonÕs mark of 83,636. Home crowds averaged 6,261 this season compared to 5,974 in 2001.
