Boaz is definitely welcome to play in our S.League.. we need good, young foriegn players like him. But I think it's hard to capture his services, with all the competition going on.

    Second Semi Final, First leg

    Myanmar 3-4 Sngapore

Thrilling game played in Malaysia (as Myanmar do not have stadium to host)

In a 7 minutes spell both team went to goal scoring with 3 goals scored as Myanmar took 2-1 before Singapore level

    So 2-2 at first time

In the second half Singapore hit another 2 goals before Myanmar scored late in injury time.

Overall apart from the thrilling game it was very hot tempered as clearly both sides remember the incidents from their earlier meeing in a friendly (in Singapore which Singapore won)

    Second Semi Final, second leg

    Singapore 4-2 Myanmar ET

If the second semi-final, first leg was hot-temepered match, the second leg was a 'war' with bottles & punches thrown by Myanmar players as they totaly lost their discpline in losing the match 2-4 in ET with 3 players on field & 2 players on the bench send off.

They could have wrap up the match if they learn to keep their cool but no as somehow they refused to do that even when the referee had already shown a nos of yellow crads at their players already.

Their first red was proof as the Myanmar striker lauch a tackle from behind on Singapore Bennet despite knwoing he was on a yellow. Also Bennet was in the Singapore half so he was not in anyway going to threathen Myanmar making it the foul quite senseless

Howver the worst was the sending off of their reserve keeper in ET as he injured Singapore Subramani head when the 'coward' threw a bottle towards his direction when the Singaporean was breaking up a fight. His back of the head was facing the bench & was wounded as he went down. Even when the 'cowrad' was going off, he still threathen fans to come down to gight him. It could have been a disatser if that happen & actions needed to be taken against him

All that action on the pitch also affected the stands as fights almost broke out & Myanmar fans jump down from the stand trying to get onto the field. Luckily thought the police step in before things got worse but there were injuries already.

    Secnes of aftermath of fight

In all it seem the bad feeling from the 2 previous Singapore-Myanmar matches reached a peak in this match.

    First Semi Final, second leg

    Malaysia 1-4 Indonesia

It was a match Malaysia threw away as they collapsed in the last half an hour to see a 2 goals aggergate advanatage become a 2 goals aggergate defiect.

Indonesia main weakness their defence was exposed once again as they allowed Malaysia to take the lead. First a long ball from Malaysia saw a falling defender & Malaysia striker Khalid Jamlus was left alone to allow all the time in the world to take the ball forward & do his trick fooling a flat-footed defender to score.

However it was a lead Malaysia deserved for their first half display.

Still up to now I am not sure how Malaysia could collasped so badly after Indonesia equalised as they still had the advanatage but the goal that gave the Indonesia was one that they needed to answer as it was just a corner swing in but somehow nobody followed the scorer Yulianto as he went to head for it. It was a free header. That was bad but the next goal was equally the same as the scorer Ilham was unmarked as he make his way into the box & after Kurniawan chested the ball for him it was an open net for him to score. Surely somebody in midfield needed to follow him once he charged into the box & nobody did.

    Nevertheless well done for Indonesia

Tiger Cup third/fourth placing have been brought forwards by 24 hrs but will still be hosted in Singapore but in a different stadium Jalan Besar.

Malaysia & Myanmar was given choice to move elsewhere but both refused

Reason were a lot of Myanmar fans are already in Singapore Myanmar chosen to stay while Malaysia is just glad to get out of their country at the moment with their media slaugthering them for their collapse against Indonesia

    Some of Malaysian media attacks

    Nation decieved again

Death of Malaysian football is complete

    Don't abondon us

    TIGER CUP FINAL First leg

    Indonesia 1-3 Singapore

A great result for Singapore to bring back for the second leg :D & it was even better than the result that Malaysia took against Indonesia at their home (1-2)

yeah congrats to singapore....i should say the reff is kinda one sided...indonesia should get a penalty kick when kurniawan was brought down by singapore keeper but the ref didn't do anything.and also when indonesian player get sent off...casmir the one that tackled him and after that casmir acting like his face got hit ...
anyway i should say that singapore has a great defence...good coordination between lines and really calm..especially mani...
well....its not over yet...there is still 2nd leg final in singapore....hopefully indonesia can win it...

No extra time for 3 & 4 placing match

If the match ends in a draw after 90 min of regulation time, pk will decide the winner.
