re Kamara being traded" my post on tuesday: i would love to see kamara in a whitecap jersey- for vancouver, finding a true goal scorer has always been about finding a cheap player- pure goal scorers dont come cheap- unfortunately we have owners- worth billions collectively- who are reluctant to do anything significant to address a long-standing problem- and they dilly-dallied to resign the golden boot winner, camilo, in 2014 so he bolted for mexico i would trade rivero- a DP of $ 900 000- and manneh in exchange for kamara- he instantly would make us a threat to win the west conference will it happen?? NOPE wednesday night report: looks like i might be dead wrong... and am i ever happy if its true- its being reported that the deal is done and kamara is heading to vancouver in exchange for rivero and allocation money- should be announced soon if kamara fits in with his new team, it moves the whitecaps into a different position in the western conference- kai is a difference maker as he scores a goal every 3 games- in the past 30 games, rivero has 2 goals, is a tireless worker and he needs a fresh start also

http://soccer.nbcsports.com/2016/05...-to-keep-protesting-talks-mls-palace-england/ What is this razzmatazz that Wright speaks of? Some of these guys I do not believe have watched 1 MLS game but still remember NASL.
As a neutral, gotta say this removes a major reason to watch Crew games, at leas for this year. Center forwards are crazy. Some are egomaniacs, some are as high strung, some are bleak and moody. But good ones are worth it. Where does Columbus think they are going to replace 20+ goals? New England, on the other hand, may now be co favorites with Toronto in the East. EDIT: Unless Columbus has something lined up for the summer. If not, they have written off this year
As a revs fan, I love the move, especially since we gave up monopoly money and a bag of balls, stuff we weren't ever going to use anyway. Most of us were speculating that we'd have to give up a player, maybe Rowe or Agudelo, plus some other stuff, to swing this deal...

Of course great center forwards don't have to be crazy, and crazy doesn't mean douchebag. Kamara's a douchebag. Berhalter valued him appropriately for his system, and really made Kamara shine. Kamara transformed the Crew from respectable and entertaining to consistently successful. Last year. It really clicked, for a season. As a neutral, this makes it easier for me to root for the Crew and makes watching the Revs less attractive. The Revs are one of my favorite teams to watch. They've got attacking options in spades in all those underrated, skillful local-ish guys. Kamara is tough for me to root for. But they can get him good service. And this Revs team seems to want a big ego guy like Jermaine Jones who says "I'm the Man." Maybe the move will be worth it. Maybe Kamara will be motivated like Jones at Colorado. Maybe this could mean good things for Juan Agudelo at another club. But it still seems NE should have chased a commanding defender if they had money to spend. They're responding to a cold finishing spell by bringing on a guy who has his own and can't seem to handle them. (Crew's issues with Kamara's attitude obviously didn't start and end at the penalty spot Saturday.)

A douchebag who builds hospitals and was named the MLS Humanitarian of the Year. http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2015/...-kei-kamara-named-mls-works-humanitarian-year This type of thing makes it easy for me to root for the guy. A personal insult is way off base here.
Nah, the Revs didn't give up anything they were ever going to use. The can't score goals this year and Kamara will help.
