    Hahahahaha....what do you call a "heat wave"? 100F? 104F?

    We have a word in Texas that describes that...it's called "summer".:cool:
    [IMG]

    Hell, it was 104F today here and it is STILL getting hotter. We are scheduled to cool off to 99 around Sunday.

    Well, gotta go for my run.;)

    Depends....

    Houston= 97F + 52% Humidty = 109F

    Dallas= 103F + 35% Humidity = 106F

    Phoenix= 105F +14% Humidity = 108F

    Honestly, once you get up around these numbers it really does not make a difference. It is when you kick into the 115+ range that you feel it. Never seen a place get super hot (above 110F) AND super humid (above 60%).

    Upper 90's here today. Awful. Hey, I grew up by the alps. This sun don't come easy, especially when you're outside most of the day. Can't wait for the fall and winter personally.

    Congrats! Now bask in the joy that is the global recession!

    Recession is when your neighbour loses his job, depression is when you lose your job, Recovery is when Obama loses his :p

    In the end I'm almost positive that it will simply be another Presidency and cabinet filled with CFR and Trilaterals once Obama is gone.

    So many high level politicians and mid-level bankers have to take it up the butt from those guys to get anywhere nowadays it's sickening.

    If anyone thinks this country is not privately owned through debt financing better think again.

    Dude, businessmen can make FAR more money and have MORE power through being businessmen than being in government. The real problem is guys like Rangel and others who spend too much te in govt and feather their own neats.

    I think everyone knows that trying to manipulate the economy does bot work. 80 years of communism, 12 years of FDR and the trillions spent by Mr. "yes we can" has proven that.

    What I found dumbfounding was the pres was at Ford inferring that the success fo Ford was somehow due to HIS policies. ROFL he is THAT cocky to take credit for the success of a company that did not take a penny of his stimulus money. That's like me taking credit for your good grades in college. Unfathomable.

    i love how soo many people make fun of how retarded Bush could be at times, Obama has his moments too. does anyone remember the time when they asked Obama who his favorite White Sox player was, since he always wears the cap at ball games. he didn't know any, he then changed the subject and started talking about something else :p
