Houston= 97F + 52% Humidty = 109F Dallas= 103F + 35% Humidity = 106F Phoenix= 105F +14% Humidity = 108F Honestly, once you get up around these numbers it really does not make a difference. It is when you kick into the 115+ range that you feel it. Never seen a place get super hot (above 110F) AND super humid (above 60%).
