Well Im done with classes this week. I spent todays 3 hour sociology class doodling DC United stuff in my notebook. Having a friend over tonight but after that I pretty much have to kill the time until 3:30 Sunday. I get distracted by it no matter what I do. So, besides just getting heavily intoxicated, whats to do? So far all my hours on the net today have been surfing through DCU articles..that Ive mostly all read
I wish I knew. This is my first run as well, as I just started supporting the team about 1/3 of the way into last season. I'm totally immersed in the thought of this game. When it's over, win or lose, I am going to be totally bummed until next season.
Drink while browsing porn sites! Put MLS Cup victories and this year's playoff victory tapes/discs on and try not to look at the clock. Oh yeah, FSW has one Bundesliga and 4 EPL games scheduled for tomorrow beginning at 7:00 AM. Sunday morning is going to be the hardest after an uneasy Saturday night's sleep. GM

In all seriousness, my trick to getting through a weekend like this is to give yourself a project. I'm gonna wash, polish, & wax my car Sunday morning and afternoon before the game. Before you know it the game is on.
Drive from DC to Oklahoma. Go to the OU/Nebraska game Saturday night. Drink heavily. Wake up and watch the Cup. On the other hand... What would Brian Boitano do?
Tomorrow will be spent en route from DC to Los Angeles. Sunday morning will be spent in search of breakfast and by 11 or so I'll be at the Toolbox.

ok i got thru Halo 2 on normal...next i have to work two different symphonic concerts tomorrow ...then beer to sedate so i can sleep tomorrow night ...designated driver picks me up at 1 pm on sunday to head to baileys...where i hope to meet some depraved sexy wench with whom i will celebrate the results of a well played match...(dont wanna put gri-gri on it {damn it barb ya got me new orleansized} ) I will OCD all my United paraphenalia..(thats about a half bus load) and hope that i can actually make up my mind what to wear (men are vain too )
In my case it is easy. I am going up to Hersey today to watch a little hockey. The rest of the time can be filled watching MLS Cup '99, '97, and '96, in that order. (Always save the best for last )
