Ok, guidelines for this thread: no personal attacks on individual BS posters... responses must be as superficial as possible...

Bush losing: Watching the extreme right knock themselves stupid with bibles. Kerry losing: Watching my liver evaporate as I drown my sorrows.
I just have to repeat this because it's pretty much exactly what I would have said. Though I don't think that Kerry as one-termer is a set thing because the Great White Hope for Republicans, McCain, would likely sit '08 out in anticipation of '12. Kerry vs. Frist or Kerry vs. Cheney (yes, Darth Vader himself) is more likely.
You are aware that McCain was born August 29, 1936 making him old as dirt in 2012? No way the man runs for a first term at the age of 75. 2008, let's all hope.
Depends on who you ask. It's always been the CW that Cheney had no higher aspirations, but insiders have hinted that he could be back next cycle. And, if things are going well under a Kerry presidency, Cheney could be the new Mondale / Dole, taking one for the team while the next generation of candidates prepares for the open race in '12. Why not? Is there any indication that McCain, at 67, is unfit to serve? We are an aging population, and to think that someone who is mentally and physically sound would not be able to contribute into his late 70s is age bias. To be sure, McCain would prefer to run in '08 in a non-incumbent race and that's a big part of the reason why he's stumping for Bush, but if he's healthy I wouldn't see his age playing a big role in '12.
There's a big difference between 67 and 75. See Ronald Reagan. I just don't see McCain sticking around in the Senate until 2012 to make a run that year a possibility.
Worst thing about Bush losing: No more decyphering his blinking morse code. Worst thing about Kerry losing: No more Edwards -- he sure is sexier than Cheney.
Bush losing: God will unleash his anger on America Kerry losing: Allah will unleash his anger on America
