Ralf Rangnick's first Premier League loss comes at the hands of Bruno Lage at Old Trafford. Wolves looked like Bayern Munich out there, Man United looked like massive underdogs just gasping for air. They look worse now. Why is Ralf Rangnick playing Cavani, Ronaldo & Greenwood all at once while Bruno sits on the bench? You are going to play three of your most selfish players while you leave your best creator on the bench? He even sat Dalot for Wan-Bissaka. The line-up just flat out made no sense. Ralf Rangnick is probably the most over-rated manager i have ever seen in the prem. The absolute HYPE surrounding this mans arrival was just ridiculous. Especially since he is unproven. It mostly came from the German managers in the premier league and Bundesliga affiliated people but still...I guess it's not his fault that he was massively over-hyped. Also, Jose Sa is the Portuguese David de Gea and is Portugal's new #1. How long does everyone think it will take Santos to catch on?
He has been standing on his head for Man United. When Man United was better, he was crap. But now that Man United is crap, he is good.
I think the British media were half expecting a certain Portuguese veteran to be writing the headlines for them. Unfortunately for Utd, it wasn't the one they were expecting. As a Brit, it's absolutely glorious to see Man Utd fans admitting that Neves & Moutinho bossed the midfield, and the more honest ones saying that they were lucky to beat us earlier in the season. We're still struggling to find the back of the net but we're doing everything else right. I've no idea what the future holds for Wolves, but I'm enjoying the ride. Oh, and I'd take Sa over De Gea any day.
he’s the type of goalkeeper that only looks good when there’s lots of action. Trash when his team is dominant and he only sees 2-3 shots per game.
Hearing Man United are going to try and get Ruben Neves this transfer window. Why would he take a step down?

Clubs across Europe had already taken note of Toti Gomes' potential...and then he went and smashed his PL debut."He’s so aggressive in one-v-ones but also very calm on the ball. He’s a powerhouse and he’s a really good character." #WWFC https://t.co/lGU9fPLisd— Tim Spiers (@TimSpiers) January 18, 2022
I think it was reddit primeira liga but I remember a thread when he was signed where the members were basically calling him a second rate keeper and acted like wolves were crazy for signing him. He needs to be the new first choice for Portugal. Either him or Lopes

Jose Sa should easily be among the top 3 keepers in the EPL this season. Although it'll remain tough with the big budget clubs in the way, it'll be nice if the Wolves can find a way to finish in a spot to compete in European competitions next season.
The Portuguese connection at work with goals by Moutinho and Neves as the Wolves win 2-1 vs Brentford
I must say that Lage has done an admirable job so far with Wolves. Lage was painted by the press in Portugal as a failure but as time goes by it seems like he really didn't have a fair opportunity at Benfica. Bravo Lage
Always good to see Portuguese players and coaches doing well. I wonder when they will change their name to Wolverhampton Lobos.
Photo from a few years ago but yeah the Portuguese contributions have made the Wolves competitive in England
What a nice guy. Bruno Lage celebrated winning his Manager of the Month award with all staff at Wolves 🧡 pic.twitter.com/dkF5PmV5Hc— Sky Sports Premier League (@SkySportsPL) February 4, 2022
Excited for Netos return. He was our best winger before his injury. Dude dominated that match where he came in for Felix (forget who it was against). Doubt he will be ready in time for Italy unfortunately.

Another win for Os Lobos with Ruben Neves and Daniel Podence supplying the goals in their 2-1 win vs Leicester City Pedro Neto also made his comeback after being out 10 months injured
Great to see Neto back on the pitch, and he got a great reception from the Wolves fans. Speaking of Neto...
