There were plenty of basketball writers criticizing the wisdom of the Kobe extension. "hamstringing the franchise" and what not. For Wilbon to deride Klinsmann for echoing that sentiment with ad hominem garbage about how he should "get out of America" is gross. He sounds like a redneck. Michael Wilbon is a punk.
Thanks for clarifying that, I guess I need to wait a couple of more years for my beloved Lakers to start rebuilding because they need to pay homage to the great Kobe.
I saw a vid similar to this one but for basketball. http://www.tronya.com/todos-se-reia...querer-jugar-futbol-que-leccion-se-llevaron/#
I think my DVR missed at least one episode. The most recent one I have is the Media Day event. Are there more since? If so, anyone know of replays?

Awesome: The #USMNT woke up early this morning for an empty stomach run before breakfast in Jacksonville. #USAvNGA
European Scouts give an unbias take on the USMNT talent On Johannsson "He’s being watched by Champions League level clubs right now and I'm sure he can make the step to that level quite soon." More here: http://americansoccernow.com/articles/european-scouts-evaluate-the-u-s-world-cup-squad
I like their description of Cherundolo: "You know who they'll miss on the backline more than anyone?" "Steve Cherundolo." "Ah yes, Cherundolo. He Cheruns, he Dolos." Pretty hilarious.
FYI - most of the 30 for 30 March to Brazil episodes are on YouTube. That's where I've been watching them.
For anyone needing to catch up and too lazy to search: Episode 1: Episode 2: Episode 3: Episode 4: Episode 5:
In my area (Portland, OR), they are all being repeated several times on ESPN2 from 6:00 am to 8:30 am on Sat.
Wow. Some previously unreleased details here if I'm not mistaken. I don't think I ever heard about the shoving match between him and his dad Great read, and btw, this quote sums up *my* particular position of the great "nepotism" debates (I never said MB didn't deserve his spot): "The younger Bradley knew he first had to earn the respect and trust of his teammates. He could sense when they felt uneasy about what they should say around him. He realized that as long as his dad was the coach, he'd never be just another player. "So much was expected of him when his dad was the coach," says U.S. goalkeeper Brad Guzan. "And he felt he had to carry a certain standard day in and day out."" *That* was why I wanted BB, not MB, off the team.
Understandable, I too wanted BB to go but mostly because I just want new ideas every 4 years and a complete re-evalution of the player pool. However, this was a nice plus to it being done.
Well...appearance isnt everything, his actions in June will testify. I just think hes a realist, kind of attitude guy. Not gleaming sunshine out his ass constantly might be justification for him to spend some time in the gulag with EJ, Donovan, and Feilhaber.
