"‘The Twilight Zone’: Seth Rogen To Star In Episode Of CBS All Access Series" (Deadline.com - Friday, 3/1/19) GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
Two more weeks to go as of tomorrow until the new series' debut. Also, while perusing The Twilight Zone Wiki, I came across the page for The Narrator which described all the narrators of the show's various versions as their own actual characters, though it's unclear whether they were different people for each version or if it was a single Narrator who changed form from one version to the next ala a Time Lord from Doctor Who. It never previously even occurred to me to view Rod Serling and the subsequent narrators in that way, but that's actually a pretty interesting concept. To that end, will this new version's Narrator (whom I'm assuming will look and sound like Jordan Peele) actually be visible like Rod Serling and Forest Whitaker were before him or will only his voice be heard like all the other versions' Narrators? There'll apparently be ten episodes this season. The first two will debut on Monday, April 1st with the rest released weekly on Thursdays starting on April 11th. The first two episodes will be "Nightmare at 30,000 Feet" (which is inspired by - but is not a remake of - the original Twilight Zone episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" which starred William Shatner)... ...and "The Comedian".
