  2. It's the 9/11 Day.
This is a song that has that day as it's subject. It's a brilliant composed and written song, though rather complex to understand. I post both the youtubelink for the song itself and the youtube link, in which the song is analysed by a French Canadian friar with English subtitles available if you don't speak French.

At least one dead and fifteen injured in Vienna after multiple gunmen opened fire with automatic weapons. One gunman is confirmed dead, but others are still at large. Motive is unknown at this time, but the two biggest bits of speculation include potential antisemitism (as the shootings took place near a synagogue) or political violence as Austria goes on strict lock-down tomorrow due to rising Covid cases.

My money would be on antisemitisn. This kind of attack over strict lockdown measures would be what you’d expect in the US but Europe, let alone Vienna not so much

One of the tweets in the Guardian thread talks about an explosive belt worn by a gunman is being degused. That, and the fact that the phrase "near a synagogue" is in every story says we can probably rule out the lockdown theory.

Latest reports have a bomb disposal team working on disarming an S vest. Nothing about a suicide attack over lockdown measures adds up.

The Interior Minister stated that the slain gunman was an Islamic State sympathizer that had previously been imprisoned for trying to join IS so...

The Nice incident has been particularly controversial here in Italy as the attacker first arrived in Europe on a migrant boat, landing at the Italian island of Lampedusa.

Well, those two guys were actually IN the military, so they knew how to pull shit off, not just post about it on FB and run mock assaults from Karen's PT Cruiser

So any guesses on who is responsible.

    If I were making odds.

    5/1 white Nationalists/Trumpers
    10/1 Gang related hit
    20/1 Left wing agitators
    25/1 Islamic terrorists
    100/1 Nashville SC fans.

    What do you guys/gal have?

You’re paying 5/1 on WN/trumpers? You’re either gonna end up very rich or very broke.

    How hard can it be....
I recall, when I was about 10 or 12, cutting the tips off of blue tipped matches and cramming them into a fairly large [4"] cartridge fuse. The metal screw on cap had a small hole for a fuse [toilet paper]. I put it on the back porch steps, lit it and ran. I was grounded and papa had to make a trip to the lumber yard. :whistling:
