You're not looking hard enough. Ollie has been placed near the players tunnel for the past few matches because it's well-done and the players are likely to see it (as well as the TV cameras) The concern for Ofey's flag is real. Just saying the $30 for a new flag would be worth not having to hear about it being missing on here.
Didn't know it was relocated (behind the goal from my view then)... There's been a lot of banners missing on the right (read: left for the river enders pov) side, so I just assumed and was asking. I don't like looking at the river end when it's bare. Feels...wrong.
people steal shit....there are at least 10 banners that people spend time and effort on that have vansihed. Along with the flags that we had in the beginning of the year. people just decide to take them home with them.....LAME
If it's not yours..don't touch it... I think it was that mentality that at the DC game, i made sure to grab the flags me and cohorts were given that got handed to other people, so that i could make sure they were handed back to the right people on the busses. Don't trust you people...
It's a one-of-a-kind personal flag. Generic flags aren't immune: at least 30 yellow-and-blue checked flags have been taken. Be nice if everyone brought them back, but at last we can order more to replace them.
It was 50 for the flag and 10 for the pole But I don't care about the money, its the effort I put in to avoid this exact situation. I made sure the flag was unique and couldn't be mistaken for someone else's. Wrote my section, row and seat on the flag, and after every match I would personally place it on the launch pad were all the other tifo was getting broken down. That is the most disturbing part. It's not like I just left it on my seat and someone walked by and snagged it. It was in the roped off launch pad in the middle of 137 at the end of the match waiting to be taken to the closet. I am still holding out hope that it is just sitting in a corner somewhere. But what incentive is there to go out and buy a new flag or work on anything when it's just going to get stolen by some stubhubber who wants a souvenir for their room, or even worse a SoB who has no respect for the organization and other peoples property. This is my last post on the topic to spare you all from reading about it anymore. Thank you for listening and helping to look. I appreciate it.

Hmmm...Chelsea boy has been seen hanging around the launch pad. Like I said, I'll keep an eye out for it in the closet. It could be wrapped up in Zoloram for all we know...with Charlie Sheen and Bryan James.
well, people do hate flags in the river end. just sayin haha i love them, and really hope it does turn up for you. i think thats part of the BS of the whole "have to have someone else bring your flag in" crap. if you didnt need to give it to someone, you'd be able to transport it to and from games as you please. its disappointing that people do steal sh!t.
+1 on everything when it comes to my lost flag. I even made a point of volunteering to help with setup and breakdown before and after every match, just to be sure it hung where I wanted it. It's because of that I can say for sure that it's Gone. The only other striped flags hung during games, unless I'm mistaken, are the American and a couple of the international flags. It would have been hard to be more unique. Agreed, again. I've moving on.
