I just read a reply at the post-game thread against Seattle about a fan who was very happy that they were treated nicely by our FO. Come to think of it, this was actually a conversation I had with my husband on our way back home from the match last Sunday. Not that we have attended many away matches but he mentioned how the Casbah were treated at Home Depot Center during an LA-SJ match of years past with Guy Gayle having to use his shoe as drumstick because he was not allowed to bring in the real thing! I guess visiting fans at Buck Shaw can consider themselves lucky at how our FO treats them. Sure there'll be some friction among fans (what's a little drubbing eh?), but our FO has been outstanding. Kudos to the San Jose Earthquakes Front Office!
We've had some good experiences at Buck Shaw and some bad ones, and some realllllly bad ones at the Coliseum (Please let Candlestick be different!). But the most important thing to me was that the FO listened to the fans every time there was an issue and did their best to fix whatever it was.
I notice that this Anthony fellow is particularly welcoming to visiting supporters groups. I'm glad we put such a good foot forward.
Fantastic job to both Adam (my brother in-law's ticket rep) and Anthony! I especially appreciate it when Anthony comes by the Casbah---always a welcome sight!
Montez is always upbeat and helpful, and Anthony is the most calm and patient rep ever. Collectively they have been very responsive to fan requests, suggestions, and whines. Great service all around!
I was thinking that maybe this would a good thread to start on the MLS rivalry section of BigSoccer MY FO IS BETTER THAN YOUR FO! Hehehehehe.... Ok, not really but it would be funny!
