Several Euroleague teams have fans back, mostly the teams in Russia and Lithuania. The Euroleague left it up to domestic governments to decide. Other smaller cross country competitions tried to level the field by having everybody play without fans. The problem in the nba will be when one state allows fans and another doesn't. Which means one team is cashing in on tickets when others don't.
I can definitely see where it becomes problematic for ice hockey in that it is a local economy production. My point is that the clubs should be careful given that revenue is unlikely to return to previous levels in the foreseeable future. 18/19 revenue was at 757 billion, ticket sales make up a fraction of that (1/10?). We probably need to be planning for the worst case scenario while hoping for the best, whatever projections we were making about spending are out tbe window at this point.

Not really. Every single athlete is being "rushed". An injury that ships a regular person to a couch for 2 months is 2 weeks out, will be working with the ball in 1 week for a football player. I think there was a movement amongst medical experts to disclose how many painkillers are taken by players and exactly zero football clubs signed the petition. At the end of his career, Valerian Ismael couldn't lift up his baby daughter. Absolutely terrifying.

I don't know, we saw LV at RB vs Inter i think it was and he was more than decent, both attacking and defending, which is ideally what we need, wouldn't totally write him off as we've done in the past, although, IMO is Nacho is decent there too, once he gets going
