He will only get better. Let's cheer up for all the German in EPL. Sometime the Bundesliga is a bit boring especially Bayern's era. I rather watch other Germans in other leagues.
Agree. The very reason why I watched Chelsea matches for quite amount this season. With Kai and especially Rudiger resurgence, it is quite fun. However, whenever I watched Timo, it's like a horror movie. You want to close your eyes with you palm whenever every time he fluffed chances and chances again and again.
Havertz is the future IMO Werner is a reasonable squaddie for games with countering potential but the fact that he can't play 9 is a bit of an issue
Nice finish and movement by Havertz, collecting the through ball pass by Mount https://streamgg.com/ib/ihGxRiNlZS
A sublime footballer Kai is, his first touch is fantastic, he's definitely a top class 9 in the making, hope Loew is watching this.
Havertz destroyed Ramos tonight, very unlucky not to score, hit the bar twice. Some fantastic link up play with Werner too.
Yes truly outstanding, Kai next season could be the player were crying out for in the national team alongside werner
I think Werner enjoyed playing as a foil to central striker like his past partnership with Yussuf Poulsen. And Kai definitely much improvement from Poulsen.
He played well but outplaying Sergio Ramos who hadn't played a match in a long time and clearly wasn't fit (plus he is 35) is not that amazing. Also, he missed 3 great chances; luckily, one of them hit the crossbar and fell to Werner for a tap-in. He also ruined a great counter attack around the 40th minute when Mount was coming on the far ride side and Havertz had time and space to play the ball to him but instead he was selfish, dribbled poorly and lost the ball. It was 2 Real defenders vs 3 Chelsea players if I remember correctly. It was either lack of vision or poor decision making. It is frustrating that he lacks that killer instinct when it really matters. He won't get that many goalscoring chances in the final against Manchester City. Of course he is only 21 and will get better. His future is very bright.
hopefully Chelsea wins CL. 3 Germans in XI+German Coach. and good to see German difference makers in CL final too.
Havertz! While Werner continues to disappoint, I do think Havertz has earned an opportunity to start for Germany. So cool in that big moment.
It's great tactic by Tuchel to replace Timo. He would had miss that too and his confidence will go even lower lol.
