They don't update their system at the *exact* time the game kicks off. It's not unusual for it to show as being updated 30 minutes or so before the game starts.

And it is a "Live League Table".

Well actually it is a live table, open it up come Saturday, and watch it.

Also you said the game had not started.
Before the game Chelsea's GD was (+2), and Liverpool's GD was (+1).
If the game is (0-0) then the table is gonna show both teams with a point added to their record, just after kick off........

Which is why beside both Chelsea's and Liverpool's name, the arrow it pointing up, showing that they've moved up the live table, because of the point awarded for the 0-0 draw...

So how come Arsenal-Blackburn had not changed at all until 10 mins after the match? They are just choosing to update Chels cos they so good?

Well I can't say, seeing as I don't know the exact time you took the screenshot. Just trying to explain why that might have happened...

If you notice below the "10 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR" line, there is a disclaimer in orange letters that says: "LEAGUE TABLE IS FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY".
