This is a rivalry in my eyes and things will get ugly, from trashtalk before the games, to certain actions during the game. May the better team win.
I agree, still I think with Barnes, Griffin, Curry and O'Neil in it, we will see a lot of pushing and a lot of ''hold me back''.
I really wish the game was later in the day but I guess ABC wants to really promote this one as the Saturday Sports Highlight Game. Reason is that I don't think I've ever seen the Warriors play an early game in Staples and didn't totally suck. Prolly from hanging out in LA the night before.

Great win. Refs were bad on both sides but Dubs found a way. Have I mentioned how much I was wrong about Draymond Green?
Wow, that was one hell of a game. If Klay and DLee keep playing like they played yesterday, Dubs can take this series.
Good. I want them to stay in Oakland anyway. And change the name. EDIT: nm, I see they're moving further down. Shoulda just stayed. The article says the view is kind of a dump.

there isnt much one can do when u play against the refs. I doubt you can pull a heat vs spurs, last year heat got the least amount of free throws in a 7 game series historically..but still won. Its a tough feat.

http://grantland.com/the-triangle/mark-jackson-fired-golden-state-warriors/ Great article by the always great Zach Lowe. Well, who we going to get? I really like Stan Van Gundy but it occurs to me that if any of the coaching prospects currently out there could also get into Mark Jackson type beef with management, it's Stan. Possibly ditto for Lionel Hollins. George Karl also. Plus who knows if he wants to coach. Steve Kerr is a trendy choice but he's got no experience. I even heard Fred Hoiberg! If he would leave his alma mater. At least it appears we'd be first choice for most of these guys with the roster we have. If any of these coaches would rather go to the messes known as the Lakers or Knicks, let 'em.
