I'm thankfull for my family, my weiner dog, my girlfriend (most of the time), my Civic Si, my friends, and of course this website, what would I do without it? I'm definetly addicted. Thankfull for all my fellow Burn/FCD fans I met this year and the good times/bad times we had. And I'm thankfull for having an MLS team in my hometown and getting a new state-of-the-art stadium in 2005. What more could a 19 year old ask for? I'm not thankfull for this sickness I have I think its almost gone though, grrr....

I'm thankful for: God, my family in San Antonio, my health, my friends here on Big Soccer, my FCD96 friends whom I was glad to meet, Grown Ass Man, JK9 becoming the king of goals, getting ULHOWA next season (is it 2005 yet? ), and showing the love of the Beautiful Game, and most important, thanking our heros; our troops (and my cousins) overseas to protect and defend our country of what we take things for granted....our freedoms. That's what I'm thankful for. Plus Dema getting a red card at the MLS Cup Final!

I'm thankful it's Christmas time, as unreligious as I am, its still my favorite holiday. Plus when its over I'm ready for April to come.

I don't want the thanksgiving thread to turn into a name argument but the powers to be didn't make '96 part of our name, they made it part of our logo. On Liverpool's logo it says 1892. Do they call themselves Liverpool 92 or Liverpool 1892? You don't need to ask Jonno, the answer is no. Just because its on our logo doesn't make it part of our name. Its not like 1996 is special to us. San Jose, Los Angeles, Kansas City, New York, Dog Crap, Colorado, New England, and Columbus were all established in 1996. And just like our Red and Black, you can believe they will soon copy the '96 thing too. FC Dallas; not FC Dallas '96; take it out of the forum title for godsakes.
