    TOPPSERIEN 2021 – 4th Matchday

    Vålerenga 2 – 0 Arna Bjørnar
    1-0 Ingibjörg Sigurðardóttir 71
    2-0 Amanda Andradottir 75

Vålerenga won on a mediocre day against a battling A-B team still looking for their first point. Both Icelandic players added their names on the score-sheet for the champions, although Andradottir has recently chosen to represent Norway and was selected for the U19 NT training camp last week. A-B surprisingly benched their captain Thea Bjelde who has had a disappointing start to the season.

    VIF (4-2-3-1): Tompkins 5 – Bott 5 (Tomter 6), Pedersen 6, Sigurðardóttir 7, Thomsen 6 (Huseby 5) – Nygard 5, Stefanovic 6 – Madsen 5, Jensen 5, Ildhusøy 5 – Thorsnes 4.

    A-B (4-4-2): Edrud 4 – Myrseth 5, Lövgren 5, Ose 4, Hjelmhaug 5 – Abrahamsen 6, Veivåg 5, Haugland 4, Laupstad 4 – Jalkerud 3, Ivanovic 4.

    Klepp 1 – 5 LSK Kvinner
    0-1 Emilie Haavi 12
    1-1 Marie-Yasmine Alidou 13
    1-2 Emilie Haavi 23
    1-3 Emilie Haavi 40
    1-4 Emilie Haavi 58
    1-5 Mimmi Löfwenius 88

Emilie Haavi was on fire with four goals and an assist, thus rewarded with the top grade by NTB. And Mimmi Löfwenius finally back from injury made this the perfect day for LSK: Klepp looked really poor in this game, and after a good start this season, they now look like the bottom team many predicted. It will be interesting to see if today’s result was a one-off or a trend.

    KLE (3-5-2): Larsen 5 – Orgill 4, Vistnes 5, Brunes 5 – Skretting 3, Broch 4, Andresen 3, Aune 4, Alidou 5 – Maksuti 4, Tveit 4.

    LSK (4-2-3-1): Norstrøm 5 – Dahlström 5, Brenn 6, Gausdal 6, Woldvik 6 – Eide Lie 7, Vanhaevermaet 6 – Christensen 6, Linberg 7, Haavi 10 – Kyvåg 5.

    Sandviken 5 – 0 Lyn
    1-0 Elisabeth Terland 2
    2-0 Lisa Naalsund 12
    3-0 Maria Brochmann 25
    4-0 Vilde Hasund 34
    5-0 Elisabeth Terland 67

Sandviken dropped five points against Lyn last season and were determined not to do it again. Allround solid performance. Vilde Bøe Risa did not play today. She has signed for an unknown top club abroad and will announce her new destination on July 1st. She terminated her Sandviken contract this week according to the deal she had with the club.

    SAN (3-4-3): Micah 6 – Østenstad 6, Bergsvand 6, Hansen 5 – Ryland 6, Spord 5, Naalsund 8, B.Lund 7 – Terland 8, Brochmann 6, Hasund 6.

    LYN (4-3-3): Odden 4 – Palm 3, Bækkelund 4, Olsen 3, Closs 3 – Godø 5, Tunes 3 (Melgård 3), Jorde 4 – Tandberg 4, Haugstad 3, Søyland 3.

    Rosenborg 1 – 0 Avaldsnes
    1-0 Lisa-Marie Utland 19

Rosenborg dropped many points at home last season after countless draws. So far they have won all three home games. Utland has scored in every game this season and was match-winner today with a top scorer type of goal. Knocking the ball in from close range after a low cross from captain Mali Næss. Avaldsnes stood up well in a more defensive formation than usual and could have stolen a point with more efficiency.

    RBK (4-2-3-1): Nøstmo 6 – Næss 6, Bragstad 5, Vårhus 6, Olsvik 5 – Sørum 6, Joramo 7 – Rogde 5, Andreassen 5, Blakstad 5 – Utland 6.

    AVA (5-3-2): Esson 5 – Løvås 5, Decker 5, Utvik 5, Norheim 4, Jøsendal 3 – Tvedten 5, Pavlovic 4, Dirdal 5 – Sævik 6, Holum 4.

Incredible summaries as always, such a gift.

Things are starting to get interesting with one key match each week in the next month:

    1. LSK at home to Rosenborg this weekend.

    2. LSK go on the road west to Sandviken the following weekend.

    3. Vålerenga host Rosenborg the following weekend.

    4. Sanviken host Vålerenga the weekend after that.

Each of the top four teams with perfect records play two of the other undefeated teams in the next month. LSK back-to-back in the first two weeks and then Vålerenga in the following two weeks.

And then after that we get the first doubleheader weekend with LSK hosting Vålerenga mid-week and Rosenborg hosting Sandviken on the weekend.

As the saying goes - it was too perfect to be true. Will we see a logjam of tied matches? Or will one or two teams run the gauntlet and leave the others thinking about opening their wallets?

Frida Maanum leaves Linköping after four years and has signed for a top club in England, according to her agent. Club yet to be announced.

So including Vilde Bøe Risa and Ingrid Engen, we now have three national team midfielders keeping us curious about their new destinations abroad. :coffee:

No date yet. She is out of quarantine and participates in training sessions now, but her work permit is still somewhere in the paper mill. Should be solved soon.

Was curious what the odds for a couple matches this weekend would be:

Vålerenga massive favourites over Klepp by a factor of about 10x

Sandviken massive favourites over Arna Bjørnar by a factor of about 10x

Kolbotn are three times longer odds than Avaldsnes

Rosenborg are 2-1 favourites ahead of LSK at 3-1

And in the Lyn / Stabæk Oslo derby the odds are almost a coin flip

    TOPPSERIEN 2021 – 5th Matchday

    Arna Bjørnar 1 – 1 Sandviken
    1-0 Emelie Lövgren 23
    1-1 Vilde Veglo 90+5

The televised game on NRK Friday night was a clash between top and bottom on the table, but table positions count for nothing on the day in the Bergen derby when these two clubs meet. Sandviken looked very pedestrian and might have underestimated the hosts. A-B have spent hours in training sessions these last few weeks working on their defensive structure and now look much better. They captured their first point of the season and were only seconds away from causing a genuine upset before Sandviken equalized deep into injury time. Elisabeth Terland was subbed out before half time after a knock on her leg.

    A-B (4-4-2): Edrud 5 – Myrseth 5, Lövgren 7, Aabel 6, Hjelmhaug 6 – Abrahamsen 4, Veivåg 4, Haugland 5, Laupstad 4 – Jalkerud 4, Ivanovic 4 (Midtbø 5).

    SAN (3-4-3): Micah 4 – Østenstad 6, Bergsvand 5, Hansen 5 – Ryland 5, Spord 4, Naalsund 4, B.Lund 6 – Terland 5 (Veglo 6), Brochmann 4, Hasund 5.

    Avaldsnes 3 – 1 Kolbotn
    0-1 Sara Hørte 5
    1-1 Anna Jøsendal 26
    2-1 Anna Jøsendal 54
    3-1 Andrea Norheim 66 (pen)

Kolbotn are now rock bottom and the only club without a point. They scored early, but couldn’t hold on to the lead. Avaldsnes turned the game. Anna Jøsendal is suddenly knocking in goals, four already this season. Avaldsnes are pushing limits again this week. Their sponsorship deal with a foreign betting company, Betsson, has caused turmoil inside NFF, and a minor e-mail war is going on behind the scenes. The only betting company allowed in Norwegian sports is the state owned Norsk Tipping. Avaldsnes are in danger of losing their club licence and could be thrown out of Toppserien if they don’t obey the rules.

    AVA (5-3-2): Esson 5 – Løvås 4, Decker 7, Utvik 3, Norheim 4, Jøsendal 7 – Tvedten 5, Pavlovic 4, Dirdal 4 – Sævik 6, Holum 6.

    KOL (4-3-3): Ervik 5 – Hansen 4, Nelhage 4, Hørte 5, Sørbo 3 – Norem 3, Pirisi 4, Pedersen 5 – Hegg 6, Clausen 4, Kvernvolden 5.

    LSK Kvinner 0 – 3 Rosenborg
    0-1 Julie Blakstad 25
    0-2 Julie Blakstad 71
    0-3 Sara Fornes 89

The first top match of the season. Strong win by Rosenborg against an LSK team who have looked quite good so far. I surely didn’t expect a three goal winning margin. Rosenborg extended their perfect season record and still haven’t conceded a goal. Julie Blakstad was the star of the game. Martin Sjögren’s wasted left-back scored two beautiful goals in her favoured attacking midfield position. New signing from Reading, Kristine Leine, played the final twenty minutes.

    LSK (4-2-3-1): Norstrøm 5 – Dahlström 4, Brenn 4, Gausdal 5, Woldvik 5 – Eide Lie 4, Vanhaevermaet 5 – Christensen 4 (Löfwenius 5), Linberg 4, Haavi 5 – Haug 5.

    RBK (4-2-3-1): Nøstmo 5 – Næss 6, Bragstad 6, Vårhus 5, Olsvik 6 – Sørum 6, Joramo 6 – Rogde 5, Andreassen 5, Blakstad 8 – Utland 5 (Fornes 6).

    Lyn 2 – 2 Stabæk
    0-1 Maiken Bjørndalen 25
    1-1 Sofie Tunes 40
    2-1 Sofie Tunes 61
    2-2 Zara Jönsson 90+2

Hardly surprising to see two evenly matched lower half teams share the points. Substitute Jönsson equalized with a wicked shot in injury time. The set-piece princess, Justine Kielland, gave her first corner assist this season to Bjørndalen’s opening goal. The playing club doctor Siri Nordeide Grønli, who rarely misses a game, went off injured early in the game.

    LYN (4-3-3): Odden 4 – Palm 5, Bækkelund 5, Olsen 4, Closs 6 – Godø 6, Gashi 6, Jorde 5 – Tunes 7, Haugstad 6, Søyland 5.

    STA (3-5-2): Skoglund 4 – Søndenå 4, Reinås 4, Bjørneboe 5 – Grønli - (Normann 6), Fladberg 5 (Loennecken 6), Kielland 6, Huseby 4, Thoresen 4 – Bjånesøy 5, Bjørndalen 7.

    4-0 Amanda Andradottir 45+3
    5-0 Synne Jensen 48
    6-0 Synne Jensen 54
    7-0 Synne Jensen 56

Klepp made four changes in their starting line-up after getting pummeled by LSK on Tuesday, but it went from bad to worse away against the champions today. Actually the same result as last season. Synne Jensen emulated Emilie Haavi from the previous game and Ajara Njoya last year with her four goal haul against Klepp. Andradottir’s goal was probably the best though. Superb shot. Vålerenga seemed to show mercy in the second half and didn’t go for double digits, but instead subbed out key players early.

    VIF (4-2-3-1): Tompkins 5 – Bott 6, Pedersen 6, Sigurðardóttir 5 (Huseby 5), Tomter 7 – Nygard 6, Stefanovic 8 (Tennebø 6) – Thomsen 7, Andradottir 7, Ildhusøy 5 (Madsen 5) – Jensen 9 (Thorsnes 5).

Sandviken the first of the giants to trip up. Perhaps their inconsistency isn't a thing of the past. If they didn't score on the play there should have been a PK against Karoline Heimvik Haugland for shoving Maria Brochmann in the back when she was going to head the corner on net from close. Good teams usually don't put in back-to-back weak performances so LSK had better pack a lunch when they head out west next weekend.

Amanda Andradóttir's goal was just ridiculous. Every player dreams of one of those in their lifetime. Synne Jensen is making her national team absence more of a mystery, and Vålerenga are looking more uncertain for the crown if anything happens to her. Klepp looked so hapless, such a feast or famine side.

I was watching the rb.no/fotball/live ticker at the end of the Lyn/Stabæk derby and saw it was 2-1 Lyn in extra time and thought they had three points. If they didn't concede in the 92nd minute they would be fifth and Stabæk second-last. Instead they're neighbours in the standings with identical records.

Interesting about Avaldsnes and the betting firm. Seems like a lost cause and why they even went there is a good question. There is always an amount of random which is applied to the team. Nathalie Utvik is almost 28, you wonder what will happen to the team when she ages out.

The LSK/Rosenborg highlights looked very even and not at all reflective of the scoreline. A couple massive long-range strikes from Blakstad punished all the weak LSK finishing. The LSK-Hallen perhaps quieter than it's been for years.

So down to two perfect sides, last years gold and silver - Vålerenga and Rosenborg. And I believe since the formation of the club, Rosenborg has not lost a single Toppserien match.

You can read more about Avaldsnes deal with Betsson. Avaldsnes maintain the deal is ok because they will only use Betsson on their shirts when playing outside Norway, but there aren't many matches abroad in sight for them at the moment. :coffee: UWCL football doesn't seem very likely in foreseeable future. But there is a growing frustration among CEOs of Toppserien clubs aimed at NFF due to the unfair negotiation of the long-term television contract finalized last year. No representatives for Norwegian woso were allowed at the table even if Toppserien was part of the package. The entire woso family, headed by Toppfotball Kvinner and Hege Jørgensen, feel they could have worked out a better television deal with them at the table. So, now Avaldsnes are testing NFF with this betting company. Poking the bear.

That's true. Rosenborg are unbeaten in 28 league matches in Toppserien since 21 September 2019 when they (then known as Trondheims-Ørn) lost 3-1 away at Vålerenga. Rosenborg are closing in on LSK's Toppserien record. LSK were unbeaten in 34 matches, the entire 2016 season (22 games) plus the 12 first games in the 2017 season.

The Rosenborg manager is linked with Arsenal this morning. Scratch that it was the Rosengard manager.

Weekend odds in, in terms of likelihood:

    • Rosenborg at home are 25 times favoured over Klepp
    • Valerenga are about 6 times favoured over Stabaek in west Oslo
    • Avaldsnes at home are 3 times favoured over Lyn
    • Sandviken 2-1 at home to LSK 3-1
    • Arna-Bjornar are slight favourites away at Kolbotn

So a close match amongst the 3rd and 4th place teams. An LSK win will move them into bronze and past Sandviken. An LSK loss will move them four points adrift of the lead pack and Sandviken in third.

An even closer game expected between the bottom two winless teams, and it's still early season but a critical three points in the relegation battle at stake.

PSG have made an offer to Vålerenga for Celin Bizet Ildhusøy

Vålerenga are pondering what to do. Her contract runs out in January. I'm not sure she is ready for a move like that now. There will likely be a lot of bench warming at PSG. I think Celin is better off staying in Toppserien another year and produce more in this league before taking the big step abroad.

Oh geez cash it in for God's sake.

Ahhh now I see the dilemma, no transfer window to spend it on for some time and three other clubs breathing fire down their neck for medals and Champions League qualification.

Is it player before club before country? Or country before club before player? Or club before country before player?

    TOPPSERIEN 2021 – 6th Matchday

    Kolbotn 1 – 0 Arna Bjørnar
    1-0 Nathalie Jørgensen 76

Not exactly showpiece football on show at Sofiemyr tonight, but rather a physical battle between two evenly matched bottom teams. Lots of set piece situations and long balls into the box. The game was settled eventually by a fluke long range shot by Jørgensen, which looked like a goalkeeping blunder. Three vital points for Kolbotn as they leapfrog Arna Bjørnar at the bottom of the table.

    KOL (4-2-3-1): Ervik 6 – Hansen 7, Nelhage 5, Hørte 7, Sørbo 4 (Francis 5) – Østerås 4 (Pirisi 6), Pedersen 6 – Hegg 3 (Fridlund 5), Clausen 5, Norem 6 – Kvernvolden 5.

    A-B (4-4-2): Edrud 6 – Myrseth 6, Lövgren 5, Aabel 7, Hjelmhaug 6 – Veivåg 4, Bjelde 4, Haugland 5, Laupstad 6 – Abrahamsen 5, Jalkerud 4.

    Sandviken 4 – 1 LSK Kvinner
    1-0 Lisa Naalsund 4
    1-1 Nora Eide Lie 5
    2-1 Ingrid Ryland 23
    3-1 Ingrid Ryland 32
    4-1 Ingrid Spord 79

A highly entertaining televised match on NRK tonight. Five goals and just as many efforts against the posts. Sandviken beat LSK at home for the first time in nearly twenty years. The home team clearly superior and gave a solid reply after their substandard performance against Arna Bjørnar on Friday. Veteran full-back Ingrid Ryland with two goals. She has had a great start to the season. Sandviken now look like real title contenders again. LSK’s centre-back Malin Brenn was injured in warm-up, Vanhaevermaet dropped back and Isabell Bachor started in midfield. The big disappointment was Camilla Linberg, who has been invisible in the last two games against top teams. Subbed out early today.

    SAN (3-4-3): Micah 5 – Østenstad 7, Bergsvand 7, Hansen 7 – Ryland 8, Spord 6, Naalsund 6, B.Lund 6 – Terland 5, Cordner 5, Hasund 6.

    LSK (4-2-3-1): Norstrøm 6 – Authen 5, Vanhaevermaet 4, Gausdal 4, Woldvik 4 – Eide Lie 5, Bachor 5 – Christensen 5, Linberg 3 (Löfwenius 5), Haavi 4 – Haug 4.

    Avaldsnes 0 – 1 Lyn
    0-1 Anna Aahjem 84

Important win for Lyn against a disappointing Avaldsnes, who might be pondering whether the Viking merger might happen one division below next year. Big game coming up against Arna Bjørnar on Saturday. Runa Lillegård started her first game for Lyn this season. Early in the game (0:27 in video) she showed off her extraordinary pace shaking off four-five players in a 70 yard run, but no end product. That will come with match fitness. Instead it was substitute Aahjem who scored the winner late in the game.

    AVA (5-3-2): Esson 8 – Løvås 4, Decker 5, Utvik 4, Norheim 4, Olsen 4 (Nilsen 5) – Tvedten 5, Pavlovic 3, Dirdal 4 – Sævik 7, Holum 5.

    LYN (4-3-3): Odden 6 – Osnes-Ringen 5, Bækkelund 6, Nordahl 5, Olsen 6 – Tandberg 5, Jorde 5, Godø 6 – Closs 6, Lillegård 6 (Gashi 5), Haugstad 5.

    Rosenborg 2 – 1 Klepp
    1-0 Sara Fornes 45
    1-1 Helene Broch 80
    2-1 Lisa-Marie Utland 81

Rosenborg rested a few key players today with the massive game away at Vålerenga on Sunday in mind. New Danish signing Sarah Dyrehauge started her first game. But coach Steinar Lein couldn’t sit back and enjoy a comfortable win as most people predicted against Klepp. The tractor girls defended well and their equalizer ten minutes from time was like a bolt from the blue. Superb shot from 18 year old Helene Broch. Rosenborg’s first goal conceded this season. Substitute Utland saved the three points a minute later though.

    RBK (4-2-3-1): Rulyte 5 – Næss 4, Bragstad 6, Vårhus 6, Olsvik 4 – Sørum 6, Joramo 4 – Rogde 5, Dyrehauge 6, Blakstad 6 – Fornes 6.

    KLE (3-5-2): Larsen 7 – Greening 6, Austdal 6, Brunes 5 – Skretting 5, Broch 6, Andresen 4, Aune 4, Alidou 4 – Karlsen 4 (Bjørnsen 4), Maksuti 5.

    Stabæk 0 – 5 Vålerenga
    0-1 Synne Jensen 8
    0-2 Dejana Stefanovic 20
    0-3 Elise Thorsnes 47
    0-4 Elise Thorsnes 65
    0-5 Elise Thorsnes 79

Vålerenga look very powerful these days, far stronger than at the same stage last season. Stabæk simply not in the same ballpark. They will need to pick up points in other games. Jack Majgaard Jensen’s Vålerenga project is pointing in the right direction. Dejana Stefanovic is pulling the strings in midfield now and delivers passes, assists and goals en masse. The collective attacking game has improved a lot. You get a lot to work with as a striker in Vålerenga now. Today it was Thorsnes getting her hat-trick. But the big test is on Sunday. Bring on Rosenborg.

    STA (3-5-2): Skoglund 4 – Søndenå 3, Reinås 4, Bjørneboe 4 – Grønli 3 (Omarsdottir 4), Aandal 3, Kielland 4 (Loennecken 3), Huseby 4, Sundlöv 4 – Bjånesøy 4, Jönsson 3.

    VIF (4-2-3-1): Tompkins 5 – Bott 5, Pedersen 6, Sigurðardóttir 5, Thomsen 7 – Tennebø 5, Stefanovic 8 – Madsen 6, Jensen 6, Ildhusøy 6 – Thorsnes 8.

In the defense of Moa Edrud in the net for Arna Bjørnar there were a few factors. Kamila Aabel throws a leg in the way of reading it, the sun was pretty low and I think it was a bit of a knuckleball.

The Sandviken / LSK game looked like a cracker. You knew Sandviken would come out cranked at home after a loss but I think the winner in the game was the crossbar. And I believe every goal was over Ida Norstrøm's right shoulder.

Is Runa Lillegård that fast or is the Avaldsnes back line that slow? Anna Nerland Aahjem made them look like turtles on her goal as well.

If Camilla Linberg didn't leave Lyn for the "greener pastures" of LSK, they might well be in neck and neck together in mid-table in the standings.

Rosenborg were lucky to get the opportunity to get the winner and keep their perfect record this season after conceding the tie so late. The Klepp defending was soft but the pass and the timing of Utland's run were pure quality.

I don't think RBK has anywhere near the star power of Vålerenga who can almost field two quality 11's. I think that's the irony and perhaps the defining nature between the two as they continue to top the table again this season. Half the Vålerenga team on the pitch yesterday was foreign. Rosenborg started 10 Norwegians yesterday - and the entire bench was Norwegian.

I'm surprised Vålerenga left Dejana Stefanovic and Elise Thorsnes in for 90 yesterday. If I'm Rosenborg on the weekend I switch the play as many times as possible in the first half until they're walking.

For those interested in watching the full Sandviken-LSK game, here it is.

Lillegård really is extremely fast. In this sequence vs Avaldsnes she is helped by a slowish backline for sure. Had she sprinted without the ball and just chased it like Aahjem on the goal, the speed difference would be even more evident. I remember a goal Lillegård scored at U19 against the Netherlands a couple of years ago. Blew past all players running nearly the full length of the pitch and scored.

Thanks for that Iink @Bauser looking forward to watching it.

That much speed and only 20, what a bright future. If there's one thing that defenders lose sleep over, it's that kind of pace. Gamechanger.

Pedersen? Cecilie? Never recovered from her hip problems, unfortunately. Avaldsnes could need a prolific goalscorer like her these days. There is no Karina Sævik effect on the team so far.

Ada is back home in Norway on vacation now. She is on schedule to be ready for the new season, according to herself. She has spent a lot of time in Poland doing individual training in her race to get back. Her husband plays for Lech Poznan.

Yes, (retired) Cecilie  My point, of course, being that Norway could have had some significant results had Pedersen played (the times she was healthy) and of course, Ada (when healthy). Reality is reality - just nice to think "what if". Do not get me wrong, Norway have other significant issues to iron out but would be nice to always have the best Norwegians on the field and bench at any given time.

The first round draw in the UWCL 2021/22 was held today.

The first round contains mini groups of four clubs who play one-legged knock-out matches in one (so far unknown) venue.

    Champions path
Aug 18: Vålerenga vs Mitrovica (Kos)
Aug 18: PAOK (Gre) vs Agorista (Mda)
    -----
Aug 21: Hopefully Vålerenga vs PAOK/Agorista

    League path:
Aug 18: Rosenborg vs Minsk (Blr)
Aug 18: Levante (Esp) vs Celtic (Sco)
    -----
Aug 21: Hopefully Rosenborg vs Levante/Celtic

Good draw for Vålerenga, and a bit trickier for Rosenborg, but that was expected. I look forward to the new UWCL season.

The winners in these mini groups move on to round two which is a standard home/away double-header, the last hurdle before the much coveted group stage (where you can hear the sound of ka-ching!).

There has been a history of conflicts, both player and coach. Maybe that's normal and maybe that's healthy, but the point is valid - it's hard to beat opponents when you're beating yourself.

There will always be difficult cases of player management, from self-serving agents and advisors to difficult personalities. Lines become crossed. Without the will on both sides to make it work it's too easy to walk away.

Player management is the most underrated part of coaching.

Regarding Cecilie Pedersen, she turned down Norway long before Sjögren took over. A small percentage of players simply don't have a desire for an international career.

But there is a history of turmoil inside Norway NT camp and players quitting because of a certain coach. In 2008, when Bjarne Berntsen was in charge, five players from Røa (then the best club in Norway) boycotted the NT. Also Lise Klaveness, who played for Umeå then, turned down Norway. Now Ada, but hopefully not forever...

Good summary. Those are the main cases I was thinking of.

I seem to remember Cecile Pedersen had some bad counsel in her ear early on and was never able to get past it. Bit of a tragedy actually. She's 30 and retired a couple years now.

As a national team manager you're often dealing with large egos and heads in the clouds. That's why you're paid so high compared to the players, a krone per grey hair.

It's not in the job description, but actual magic is almost always required.
