Real Madrid became the Real we know because of an enslaver named Franco. At least, Barca never became successful due to outside forces. Lmfao Real is as dirty as Juventus, City and PSG, but they’re forgiven due to their global status and history. Bale was an unprofessional piece of shit, but he wanted out back in 19-20 season to move to some Chinese club, yet Real blocked the move. Hypocrisy at it’s finest and couldn’t even treat their best player properly by kicking him off.
Argentina has been quite boring for some time now. “Pass the ball to Messi” tactic is very boring. When was the last time Argentina had a complete team that doesn’t depend a lot on the main player? For Christ’s sake Italy plays better football than Argentina under Mancini. The nation that’s known for pioneering boring football.
How many goal + assist Messi had last season? I know he had 50 in league but Im sure he had some assists here and there in other competition...
This little lad is the most complete attacking player in history. On hand he can score shit ton of goals like Pele and then he can playmake like Maradona or Platini. That 91 goals in a calender year is something even pure tap in merchants can’t score.
Interestingly, CR7 didn't score in the group-stage in 2005-6 but did get a goal in a 6-0 nil aggregate win in qualifying. But guess that still counts so he'll have 16 consecutive seasons too when he scores one this season.
Yeah depends if that counts. Interestingly Messi has scored in CL a year before Cronaldo did, but then again he was the one who also broke Raul's scoring record.
I suppose it depends on the source. Mr. Chip may not be considered "official" by some but he posts some amazing stats and he doesn't appear to acknowledge the qualifying rounds as being part of the "Champions League". Does the 2020-21 edition mark the first time the likes of Başakşehir, Krasnodar, Midtjylland and Rennes are participating in their first "Champions League" or their first "Champions League group stage"?
Well it's kind of logical, nobody combines WCQ and WC. Surprising really that Benzama has scored in more CL seasons than Cronaldo.
