I'm not saying don't bring him up. Just posting Karius's ceiling now he's below a Trapp/Leno category. for Germany more GK options at high level would be good thing. Even more since not seeing too much breakingthough top 5 leagues.
I think spending Karius last season at Union mostly benched was an unfortunate confidence hurter and lowered his stock further. But Luthe was competent and held down the starting spot strongly enough. In theory, Karius should still be around Buli level. But his form and appeal is low due to the lack of opportunities given. Would be nice if he's given a chance somewhere. To have him at least continue his career on a more positive note and be able to pick himself up again.
Interview with Tobias Warschewski on his career up until now. Supposedly there's interest from the 3.Liga after his season in the CPL https://www.transfermarkt.de/kanada...nd-bdquo-wohl-zu-viel-ldquo-/view/news/395354

comeback to 1BL after dumb MLS transfer. Bundesliga clubs have their eyes on ex-Herthan Hany Mukhtar (26). The professional from MLS club Nashville SC reveals in the 'Bild': “There is interest from Germany. But Nashville is my first point of contact. We have already started the talks, we will now wait for the play-offs, then we'll see what happens. ”Mukhtar's contract in the USA runs until the end of 2022 and can be extended for another season with an option. Mukhtar is MVP candidate in MLS and Also Nashville All time top scorer too.
Mukhtar wasn't a bad player. I just think he lacked ambition in trying to make it at a bigger club and league after leaving Brondby. Nashville probably offered him enough money to lure him into joining them at the time. Curious how his career path could've gone if he didn't go to Benfica to get loaned out instead of being at a consistent club to properly integrate him.
Mukhtar bagged himself a brace as Nashville won 3-1 vs Orlando in the MLS playoffs first round. His 18th goal from all games this season
Despite scoring the one goal he had vs Royal Antwerp in Europa League, it looks likes Max Meyer isn't really seen as a serious player for Fenerbahce. He's only made 3 appearances in the Turkish league so far thru 13 games and has spent most of the time stuck on the bench.
Interview with GK Patrick Rakovsky who's now with a club called Orange County in the USL Championship, which is a 2nd division in the US. He was a former youth international who was called up each level between U15 to 20 https://www.transfermarkt.de/rakovs...quo-4-schalke-torwart-werden/view/news/395707
Max Meyer's time with Fenerbahce has so far been characterized by weak performances, criticism by the Turkish media and lacking fitness: https://www.fussballtransfers.com/a...echsel-wie-laeuft-es-eigentlich-bei-max-meyer

🇩🇪 York United FC are pleased to announce the signings of Tobias Warschewski and Julian Ulbricht. 🤝 The duo will be immediately loaned to FC Edmonton, along with young Nine Stripes' defender Felix N'sa. https://t.co/kX6fVbSrVu #YorkUnitedFC | #UnitedByYou— York United FC (@yorkutdfc) February 10, 2022
Happened back in January but Amin Younes finalized his move to the Saudi Arabian league and is now officially done While I noticed that Max Meyer played the first couple games after joining Midtjylland, but has since been out of the squad and only rejoined their bench in their past match. There's worse leagues out there than the Danish one of course, but there's not going to be many that will give him a contract after this if he continues to be garbage
Fenerbahce don't want Max Meyer back once his loan to Midtjylland expires as they don't see him as part of the club, and have advised him to start looking for a new club. https://www.tipsbladet.dk/nyhed/superliga/avis-de-vil-ikke-have-max-meyer-tilbage
Tobias Warschewski who left FC Edmonton to sign with York United in February, only to be loaned back to Edmonton immediately for this CPL season...
a promising CF who with shit attitude/gaining weight had his career crash and burn. Stil recall him scoring bicycle kick on Bayer too at this point with 8+ 98 CFs playing 1BL-2BL-1st abroad, Warschewski fail not end of world.
Former Germany U19 NT striker, who played professionally in the 3.Liga back in 016/17 when he was around 18 y.o or so
Just noticed that Marc Stendera and Maxi Beister were both relegated by Ingolstadt to their reserve squad in January for the second half of the season
Pierre Michel Lasogga's club in Qatar were relegated at the end of their season. Supposedly, he doesn't rule out a return to Germany/Europe https://www.tag24.de/sport/fussball...t-zum-sieg-doch-sein-verein-steigt-ab-2367733
