I'm glad you started this, I was going to do the same. I think this is a GREAT career move for Jaime. He'll gain valuable insight into coaching and strategy. This could be the beginning of something great. And the fact that he's moulding U-23 kids will give him insight into the growth and devolpment of players. Who knows what could happen in ten years time? He could end up sitting on Bolivia's bench.
