He IS the one we're interested in, not his club manager. O course managers like hard workers. Maybe Adu isn't that, on the field, or in training. But he must be given credit. He was thrust into the spotlight at a yougn age and has at the very least managed to stay out of the papers for the wrong reasons. Now, I'd love to see him in the papers for the RIGHT reasons, but he's a young, talented player. He has the quality to start for the national team. He just isn't ready to be the fighter player that's needed in qualifying. He will get a chance to show Bob that he should be an undropable during the Confed Cup. I just think that's its unfair to criticise a player when we haven't seen him step onto the pitch in a meaningful game in a long time.
