Everyone has the capacity to score a 2400 on the SATs. That doesn't change the fact that the majority of your fans probably scored closer to 300.*

*It should be noted that this is a bad statistic; the data pool is far, far, far too small.

(I could have also made a comparison between your total capacity and a hot dog being thrown down a hallway.)

((Fans: you don't have very many.))

Well, buzzkiller, what I'm trying to say is our fans are smarter than the Pink Cow fans. In other words, we don't need thiose stinkin' vuvuzelas, confetti cannons or thundersticks other supporter groups use. Obviously, jevanoo loves those manzere shjirts the Pink Cows wear.

Yes, we all know that the smoke in the River End comes from a gigantic Hookah pipe. It's built into the stadium so that each seat in the river end has a hose.
When we need some smoke we all just toke up.

That's what we Nuggets was calling our 'smoke machine'.

In this heat, we'd all be passed out by halftime.

Anyone watching PCNJ v. Spurs? I guess we can see what happens when ESC doesn't have empty seats to bounce their sound off of..... only thing I'm hearing is "come on you Spurrrrs!"

Their first match with Henry, and still over 4000 empty seats. Even being conservative, they are still 16% short of a sellout. We'll see what happens for their first MLS match. Just so I'm being fair, PPL park at 84% capacity is 15,540

    Just awful.

"His presence was felt in the stands - with both cheers and scattered No.14 jerseys - but the attendance of 20,312 was about 5,000 short of a sellout. That was a major disappointment for the Red Bulls, who are hoping Henry's four-year deal will dramatically boost attendance at their new $250 million arena. MLS also looked to capitalize on Henry's marketability, posting links to purchase Henry jerseys on every page of the league's Web site."

looks like he won't have that much of an impact on attendance.

I was watching earlier and laughed when they blasted that Blur song after the first goal. Isn't pumping in goal music the reason this whole thread began?

Because a friendly which charges $55 for an upper deck corner seat is indicative of our future MLS attendance?

By the way, the friendly drew 2000 more people than your ground holds. A ground which you haven't sold out since your first match there. At least the people who show up to our stadium actually cheer for the home side too, rather than have 50,000 fans screaming for the visiting team.

Islanders use the same song. Believe it or not, hockey existed before this year (I know, crazy right?);)

Facts are facts. All the trash talking aside, I find it highly amusing that this incessant attendance smack is your only crutch against us.
