I was glancing at 3rddegree's website, and found a link to the old Burn's Reserve team, which including players from the actual Burn team. What exactly was this team? And this is basically how the new MLS reserve system is going to work. I think many people are going to be surprised by this when the official announcement with details comes out. Its going to be a few extra roster spots combined with bench players from the full roster to play games before or after the regular games. Its not going to be full teams of 18 reserve players per club.
Watching the reserve team play on a Sunday might be a good way to pass the time. Particularly if the big club is out of town.
