Twitter sent an email to it’s Seattle employees that they were no longer to go into the Seattle office and should work from home. The landlord is, reportedly, In the process of evicting Twitter from the office do to not paying rent. Based on posts I’ve seen, Twitter is only going to have a SF and NY office going forward. I also would not be surprised if the people living in Seattle were told to move to SF or NY, or quit.
I'm guessing she isn't black, because I hear it doesn't work well with people with a dark complexion. Huh, maybe it does then?
It’s worth noting that it isn’t just law firms where their clients are suing MSG, it is also firms where their clients are the defendants.. The list also includes people that the family that owns MSG don’t like.
It's especially absurd when you consider its a private company which he owns almost 100%. Obviously he needed to stop the bleeding but there is no need to run the place in such a psychopathic manner when you are the richest man in the world.

The business with Tate recruiting young people to his toxic blend of rapey fascism reminded me of Dr Volts recent podcast on the well funded efforts of the right to block renewable energy projects at a local level (see e.g Trump raving on about windmills killing birds). Volts points out that basically because it is uncomfortable to ban speech, we have to have our own leftist billionaires to counter the evil money. But IMO Tate shows the fallacy of it. How can leftist billionaires fund influencer content that stops fascism? Isn't it better that we have some kind of basic standards that shut down these toxic grifters? After all, as Musk himself points out, the likes of Tate can have their own websites that people can visit - but the algo boosting is not part of 1A - there is no constitutional right to have your messages boosted to the timelines (i.e. websites) of other people.
Maybe the best news I've seen lately is that millennials aren't turning more conservative as they grow older. Conservatives see that plus demographic trends and have detemined that limiting voting and doing coups is the way they wanna go. And they won't go quietly. IMO you have to combat the lies and continue shaming conservative "values" whenever you can.
Oh, yeah - the Boring Company! LA traffic is the worst. I can’t imagine how much of life is wasted in a car in LA. Can’t wait for @boringcompany @elonmusk to get rid of this problem. pic.twitter.com/XbBfAyhIVe— Tesla Owners Silicon Valley (@teslaownersSV) January 1, 2023
This is beyond stupid. First, stop thinking Jesus of Mars is going to save you. Second, all the tunnels will do is add new car lanes, and that doesn't help. They still have to end somewhere and those places will get backed up in heavy use and then it will back up into the tunnel and you are in the same old car jam, only with a worse view. And lastly, Musk doesn't actually want to build it. It's all a scam to avoid building real mass transit, and the only secret Boring Company has to constructing tunnels is to make them smaller and with less safety equipment.
So Tesla missed it's numbers (All FUD of course!) Car companies have had the issue of late that they can't increase sales because they couldn't build enough cars because supply chain issues. This meant long waiting lists. Tesla now burned through its lists and built too many cars which is dumb and bad. Clearly in such a situation, the CEO behaving like a nazi Q douche will help sales in no time at all
If he steps away from running Twitter it only gives him more time to interfere in Tesla. On the other hand he will still constantly tweet whether he is Twitter CEO or not because he can't help himself. It is still a bad time to be a Tesla stock holder.
Again, there is a reason car geeks were skeptical of Teslas. Also, somewhere around the D, big three automakers are in disbelief at this. There's probably a design student that could do better than this. <physics has left the chat> https://t.co/JjQjzDqemn— Katie Mack (@AstroKatie) January 5, 2023
It’s strange how Muskovich doesn’t use his platform to talk about climate issues in a way that would help Tesla it’s almost as if he doesn’t care about that
Still not as bad as META https://finance.yahoo.com/news/tech...ers-of-2022-211831640.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall You want to see how bad the year was for Tech stocks, here are the BEST performers. Down 25% and Apple still had the best performance in tech stocks, ouch!
I have seen reports that it's performance has dropped in some areas, but, tbh, it definitely hasn't collapsed as many of the non-technical people said it would back when Musk laid off most of the employees. Obviously, most of those people aren't technical and aren't aware that a well built application can survive for a long period of time without people being around, but even technical people were saying that it was one fault away from going offline and many of them are shocked it hasn't had that one fault yet.
