Florida fans are crap. I was there about 7-8 years ago for a wedding and had some time to kill, so I thought I'd see if the Marlins were in town and catch a game. Five different people on the street had no idea, so I picked up a paper and found buried on page 5 in a tiny corner of the Sports section that they were out of town. I was pissed because I just missed the Astros being in town by a few days. For a team with two World Series, Miami is the least-deserving city.
My theory for the the lack of fans is that most people that live there aren't from there, few people grew up being fans of any Miami teams, when they move there they keep their connection to their hometown team. Sports in general don't do that well there for that reason. Of course when they won the World Series the bandwagon was fully loaded.
Going to a game like that would be awesome because there would be no wait for beer or the restroom, it would rock
yes, but does he remember all their names. seriously though that's sad in miami. when the dynamo have a bad season i want to see all you fkers there at the tailgate and in 213 singing. that's what seperates a true diehard fan from a poseur. there's a guy that i consistently hear yelling at DeRo and it just breaks my heart. i don't know who he is. i would never, never boo one of our Dynamo in the stadium. shame on you if you would.
The closest I've ever come to booing a Dynamo was when Mulrooney made that long, slow, back-pass from midfield that set Onstad up for a red card. Even then it wasn't "boooooooooooo" it was more like "******** it Mulrooney, what the ****** did you do that for! Were you ******* tired of seeing Pat in the ******** goal and want get him off the ****** field?" If I was no the field I would have led him by the ear back to Pat to apologize for leaving his ass in that crack. If I don't like what I'm seeing I keep my pie-hole shut.
I never boo Dynamo players either but I did cuss out Mulrooney when he screwed Ianni making him get a red card during the Pachuca game. Seriously sometimes I wonder if Mulrooney plays for the other team.
Looks like the USMNT won't be wearing those red jerseys we've been clammoring for anytime soon: Mexico to switch to red jerseys That has to be a joke.
HAHAHA, that's one of the dumbest things I've ever read. And shouldn't it hurt the other team as much as it does Mexico, since they wouldn't be able to see the Mexicans either? At least the US team makes their uniform decision based on valid reasons like marketing.
Hey !! Sure Hugol is into himself too much, but while he's the coach, I need his azz to win !!! p.s. I long time ago in a place far away, a child was born into this world on this date. he grew up learning the facts of life the hard way. but he's biggest joy is to be a proud member of the Texian Army. Feliz cumpleaños a Mi.
"What, the Mexican players are so blind that they have to change their uniforms to see their teammates?" I love my mom. She's so cool
