He was transitioned to that role, and he's been pretty spectacular. That's why I'd think City would be all over him if the Sane deal happens because Pep can play him as a false 9. He can be even brought back to a Kroos role. Very versatile.
Sancho amongst the 6 Dortmund players that broke Covid-19 prevention rules. Dortmund kind of scrambling with their explanation but allegedly the squad is kind of tired of him getting away with it all the time.
Kimmich is a gem for Bayern. Not strictly talking about him as a player here, but as a character he seems to have all the leadership potential in the world. Never a bad interview or a dumb statement.
Werner to Chelsea apparently a done deal. Liverpool backed off due to financial reasons, similar like us they are saying that they won't have any big signings this summer. Benfica fans attacked their players bus, Weigl and Zivkovic were injured. What happened to Julian Weigl btw? He looked like the real deal for BVB a couple of seasons ago.
For the NT, Werner and Sane might have to fight for the same spot and if Sane to Bayern happens he gets the advantage
Chesea are also in talks with Leicester to sign Ben Chilwell. The left back wants to join the club - he knows Lampard wants him.Nicolás Tagliafico is on Chelsea list as an option if Chilwell deal will collapse.Werner deal almost ok - on paperworks time since yesterday. 🔵 #CFC— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) June 5, 2020
Messi doubtful for #LaLiga restart after Barcelona admit he has an injury. The Argentine was absent from Wednesday's training session and again on Friday after taking a knock on Tuesday... #FCBlive https://t.co/MrRuuAdmSS— Ben Hayward (@bghayward) June 5, 2020
I don't understand this, Abramovic's money is tied to oil, how is he not hemorrhaging right now? On top of that, isn't he like banned from the UK or something of the sort due to his ties to shady stuff? Would think given the situation, he'd be content to ride the youth wave Lampard brought about to save a few bucks, but what do I know.
I like what Chelsea have done going forward. Werner playing off Abraham with Ziyech and Pulisic pulling the strings behind. Wouldn’t say they’re PL contenders but should be a fun team to watch.
Chelsea don’t have the luxury of being in that position. For them these are moves that improve their first team.
With our muscle injury record I’m worried we’re going to see a lot of this when we restart. Players dropping like flies. No Leon Bailey either. Edit: scratch that he’s playing left wing back by the looks of it!
I think no real away atmosphere could mean RM and Barca hardly drop any points as well like Bayern in Bundesliga. Benefits the big teams.
Chelsea have basically become Tottenham, Arsenal, etc. Making moves to establish being in the CL as the goal. Making sure the club is generating revenue. I consider that, from the Fan perspective, the most unsatisfactory operational model there is. Even relegation and survival is more thrilling.
Bayern are much better than their domestic competition though, even under regular circumstances. Even with a fully sold out stadium, Dortmund still lose against them.
I’ve watched all of Leipzig’s games since the return and I have not been impressed with Upamecano. Two yellows today in the first half against a relegation team
They were playing CL finals not too long ago. They lured the top players away and they're now a fancier Everton.
