USA: October 9 - 11:30am vs Liverpool (Premier League) - USA CAN: October 9 - 11:30am vs Liverpool (Premier League) - FuboTV AUS: October 10 - 2:30am vs Liverpool (Premier League) - Optus Quick turn around from our Europa League victory because the games at the moment... That aside, good run out against Bodø/Glimt, we get the 3 goals and the 3 points and was great to see goals to Holdingho, Vieira and Nketiah. I think, besides long term injuries, we go into this match with Pool with a strong squad to choose from, so I would think we go with the same line up from the NLD. In my opinion this is our second big test of the season. As good as it is to sit top of the table, there are 3 teams we continue to struggle with. United, City, Liverpool. We failed against United, but its City and Pool who have bullied us for years and racked up big scores. Its time that turned around. Pool are struggling, time to get a bit of revenge. I am tipping Arsenal 3-1, Xhaka/Jesus/Saliba to score. COYG!
I can see you were chompin at the bit to bin Bodo and do this game's thread. Excellent. With any luck Klopp hasn't figured things out yet and we turn them over. They've been a dim shadow of themselves so far. Let that continue at least one more game. Please??? Me, I'm unlikely to catch this one live, and even if I do I probs can't post much in-game. So enjoy the radio silence.

I will be starting my trip into Atlanta for that afternoon's MLS match about the time Arsenal kicks off. Given that the couple behind me are (very nice) Reds fans I hope that I have reason to enjoy the day at their expense. COYG!
Don't make stupid mistakes, keep up the intensity, and trust in what you've been doing this season. That's the message Arsenal should hear, and if they do that they should win. Liverpool will be under a lot of pressure today, especially if they fall behind. Arsenal can't get caught up in that hysteria. Just play the match.
Tomiyasu over Tierney with Zinchenko apparently unavailable is interesting, but I like it. He’s a better passer than Tierney and probably more comfortable with the midfield overload aspect that Zinchenko provides, and he’ll be a natural right sided tackler against Salah cutting in onto his left.
Still scary. And says a lot about where Tierney fits in the pecking order. Arteta’s earned the benefit of the doubt though.
Also, Liverpool are playing Salah, Nunez, Jota, AND Luis Diaz, with Henderson and Thiago in midfield. We need to have like 97% possession in this one.
There was a match last season when we finally had our first XI in order, and it was clear that Tierney didn’t have the technical quality like the rest of the team. Tomiyasu was so much better on the ball than Tierney that it made no sense.
3-0 to Liverpool. I don't think we can execute our game plan at a high enough level to make it work against Liverpool, who are going to come flying out of the gate and look to keep the ball.
We seem able to shred them whenever we like in the early going. The Reds look like a mid-table side. Maybe they're just where they belong on the table.
