    ...or is it already here? DC fails to make play-offs - again. I'm too busy gathering canned goods to watch the rest of the season go down the tubes. My disgust cannot be put into words.

    Interestingly enough, "apocalypse" also refers to the book of Revelation in the Bible. Revelation, Revolution...huh? There is definately something prophetic about it.

    apocalypse is an english form of the greek work apokalypsis, which comes from the verb apokalypein, which means to reveal.

    apocalypse isn't related to revelation, it means revelation.

    The Seven Signs of the Apocalypse:

    Work with me people, and help me fill in the seven signs of the coming apocalypse:

    1. Lose to Scum 1-0 with only one shot on goal (by a defender);

    2. Lose to Revs 3-0;

    3-7?

    I don't know which is worse, signing him at all, or, signing him and not playing him.

    1 more year of awfulness to balance everything out. Then, salvation will come. Don't lose faith.

    And as he opened the seventh seal, four horsemen were released unto the world. From the east came a tall blond horseman upon a smoking steed, spreading fear and destroying confidence in his wake. From the west came a specter of failed acquisitions upon a gilded nag, raising false hope with its passing. From the south came the ghost of the players not taken upon a strong mount, crushing the faithful along its path. From the north came a figure upon a rotting steed, bringing the stench and loathing from the Swamp. These four horsemen brought screams from the believers in their homes and redoubt of faith at RFK, causing much confusion and frustration...

    I hoped that I was the only one demanding that Roy Lassiter be inserted into the game. Now, I know that others have sunk to my level.

    I really wasn't demanding it(ROY), I just wanted another forward. ANY FORWARD in the game. If you had been there and played forward, I'd have been screaming your name. :)
