As a giant SLU fan I can tell you that my heart isn't broken at all. I'm happy for SLU East er um I mean IU. Disappointment is what I felt when the news that Bruin was going to IU came through St. Louis last year. Bruin is indeed a beast and he will have a huge impact @ Indiana. Bruin indicated he decided on IU because he is really into basketball. Bruin stars for DeSmet's B'Ball team. It was well known that Tommy Meyer was always slated for IU. His father was a star for Indiana. Meyer will also make an immediate impact on the IU program. Haffner & Sofner are also top area players but I don't believe they are on the same level as Bruin and Meyer... Good luck to IU!
Has Sarkodie officially left? Indiana's Tommy Meyer was only non residency player to go to U-17 WC Chris Agorsor is a September 91 so he has plenty of time to decide to go pro or play a college season or two.
Yes. Not on the roster listed on IU's website not in school this semester. I think he also played some exhibitions with pro teams in Europe already, which would seal the deal in terms of the NCAA. Dannt Cruz, now at UNLV, was also a non-residency player who made the U17 WC roster. I've seen conflicting reports on his DOB. Some say he is a 90, not a 91. I'd be curious to know his real age. Regardless, he still has plenty of time.
If I recall correctly from when my son played with Chris. He is September of 1990. That makes him a '91 by club standards. It runs from August 1st of 1990 to July 31st of 1991.
According to a USSoccer roster I looked at earlier today he is a September 91, they usually don't get those things wrong, but I guess we'll have to wait til his college bio goes up.

Here's the official release from Wake Forest. No mention of Doug Ryan though. Is he an '09? http://wakeforestsports.cstv.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/021808aac.html
Yeah, I posted that, then recalled that they might not be listing him because he's a preferred walk-on, or something. They also forgot Chris Estridge apparently and there's no link anymore off of the official page, so maybe they're making some changes.

I didn't see a release from Boston College, but I read in a few papers from Fla. that Edvin Worley, who has been around some youth national teams and apparently considered his pro options, is going there... I assume that information came from the player or his high school.
