Haha... you knew it was gonna happen Before the game I was thinking about starting a thread on here to predict what would screw up the game on ABC. You know... who was gonna die, or who the US was gonna start bombing, but nope.... Mother Nature got us this time. haha... ABC is cursed, oh well.
The All-Star Game at the 17th minute The MLS All-Star game is at the 17th minute, and has gone to commercial. How typically, typically sad. A true indicator of MLS fortunes. Of course they have no control over Mother Nature, but it just seems to fit the pattern. Damn.

Woo Hoo! 2001 All Star game! I missed this one so now I get to see it. Hopefully they will have the 2002 game next year so I can see it! "Miami Fusion! From Worst to First!"
Ummm... well considering what it looked like before the video cut out, I think I would kinda believe them a little bit. Plus this is a game that is made for TV, and they can delay the game until TV is back up, which I'd assume they are doing if the weather was still playable. Time to dig the knife deeper in the Miami and TB fans hearts now with this AS game. Hah!
Well, I think it's now a tradition. Something will inevitably screw up prime time ABC mens soccer telecasts. Add MLS/USNT on Prime Time ABC to the Bermuda Triangle, Sasquatch, Chupacabra and Anna Nicole Smith Show list of unexplained mysteries.
Well considering you could still hear Jack and Ty commentating when the video feed went down, I'm not so sure. Hopefully they've stopped the game now.
My favorite part was ABC leading of with Ray Hudson coach of the MLS leading MIAMI FUSION!! Also does this mean Paulina Rubio won't sing at halftime. B/c Paulina Rubio in a wet t-shirt.......... mmmmmmmmm.
Brutal, this is absolutely brutal. Geez, the first time there is a big opportunity for Americans to watch soccer on ABC since the World Cup, and this happens. If the weather is really that bad, they might've really decided to delay the game for a while. Give 'em credit though, at least they didn't cut to "Worlds Wildest Police Chases" or something, they found the '01 game and got it on TV pretty quickly. Here's hoping the weather/feed clears up.
Wow! That is one crazy looking site. It's almost as bad as opening day 2001 in KC against LA, but that you couldn't even see across the field hardly.
This was by far the best first 15 min’s of a MLS All Stare Game I have seen. It’s too bad cause it was a great game, great idea.
