I will admit I have not see a single millisecond of Borto... I couldn't pick him out of a lineup. But if you think a little thing like that is going to keep me from asking some very serious questions about a hypothetical roster that's not even from US Soccer, you're crazy! Having said that, there are at least SOME positive reports on Borto that you may not have been aware of!
The just-announced pro contract for Bobby Pierre (which I assume was his first) means the only guys called in during the Covid-shortened 01/02 U20 cycle are Stojanovic and Boateng. Both of those guys are NCAA players with eligibility remaining and, it appears based on a quick check, are not HG-eligible for any MLS clubs, though Boateng was in Sacramento's academy.
