Who cares if Iverson retires? I don't know anyone. I can't see anyone bothering. I'd love to see him on LAL but other then that he's just going to be anoter nique without the hops.

He'll be in the Hall of Fame simply for being one of the greatest pure scorers of all time. Let's also not forget about his impact on the hip-hop/'gangsta' culture and streetball :D

He's got a MVP so obviously he'll end up in the Hall. But seriously, 10 years from now, who will miss AI? I don't think anyone.

I agree, and extremely durable and tough as well, considering his size and the punishment he got on every trip to the rim.

I can't see how you can still not at least respect AI after he dragged that crappy Sixers roster all the way to the Finals. He did more with less than a lot of his more respected peers.

And speaking as a European, he was one of the players who helped popularize the sport on this continent.

So much for retirement. Iverson just signed a 1-year deal with the Sixers :D

And you don't have enough of that today? We have about 10players that are or were not long ago better then him. And that's just today. Not even mentioned the next 10 years or everyone before. Outside of a bad attitude and being a punk, he didn't bring anything to the game. Well you can add crying like a girl now.

Impossible. Cavs don't have the cap space to sign Wade. Or anyone else for that matter.

Yup, whereas the Heat could afford LeBron. And you're telling me LeBron wouldn't like to live in Miami? :D

I think he would. And if he's leaving Cleveland, and Lakers can't swing a deal, Miami is the most likely destination in my opinion. No income-tax alone makes Miami the favorite. That's $20m a year extra straight in his pocket. LeChoke says he don't care about the money but as we all know he's lying.

Plus, unlike in NY, he'd at least have one quality team mate already there.

Wade + LeBron + Generic Guard X, Generic Forward Y and Generic Center Z would probably be enough to own the East for the foreseeable future.
