So the truth about Donald Trump shouldn't be consequential to voters in this election? I'm still trying to figure out how Pence spoke to the substance of the election we have in this reality.
It shouldn't be the only thing that's consequential to voters. The amount of talk in this election about Trump's twitter account has to have almost lapped the amount of talk about genuine policy.
Think progress is not the most un-bias website out there. I mostly agree with them here, but they are very bias. Is like quoting the Federalist website.
Sober actually. I keep wondering if this election is real or if you bastards have some candid camera following me.
I figured it was a joke that had gone over my head. Still don't see what's funny. I do like that the Mexicans have taken to it, like the taco trucks on every corner.
Yeah, like Pence kept saying they would rebuild the military but he also said they would cut taxes. How is that going to happen? That would have been a good zinger (not in the sense of a soundbite, but that's a pretty tough question).
By flatly denying that Trump had said what he surely knows Trump did in fact say, he ensured that both the news shows and Clinton campaign ads would show them side by side. This guarantees that the week and probably the month will continue to see the election as a referendum on Trump. Meanwhile he gets air time being the good soldier and the true conservative, setting himself up for 2020 (or if by some fluke of the electorate they win, maybe 2024?)
Pence's lack of interest in real issues was amply demonstrated when he said, "We have the smallest Navy since 1916."
You know Hillary is going to troll him with the line, "Your own VP wouldn't even defend your position..." They aren't bias, but they could be biased.
The constant interruptions last night by Tim Kaine should not have been allowed. Mike Pence won big!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 5, 2016
I've watched maybe 20 hockey games in that building. "You're a goalie, you're supposed to be like that."
