Now, I know this isn't a happy thing to say to BigSoccer since I know ads are what pay the bills, but one reason why I use AdBlock on my home laptop is because I got sick and tired of seeing the same damn video of the guy interviewing the player from Lyon during Champions League. It is an annoying trend on certain forums such as the collegiate Rivals to incorporate "trending article videos", which tend to be the same piece of footage repeated on an endless loop. It's more annoying when I want to comment on a computer where I can't install an ad blocker application (say, a work PC) and anytime I click on the "disable this widget" function, it'll come back a few minutes later anyway. Which begs the question; why does this forum have a video widget?
I haven't gotten adds with video or audio in a long time. I hate automatic video regardless of whether it's an ad or part of a CNN page with an article.
