Sometimes I don't buy into that. The guy I listed and has a $500k bid on it varied between $150-480k. Plus sometimes it is luck.
A lot of the time it is luck. My youth pull from this past week that sold for 300K was transfer compared anywhere from 150-200, but I was really happy when he sold for 300
