Barca should certainly defer more to the all knowing masters at EA Sports when evaluating their academy talents.
Well it's not even that. I'm remember seeing soccer circles blow up a few years ago when he came on the scene in his native Croatian league. He looked like a kid who was beyond his peers. I thought he had the makings of world class player. And he didn't look too shabby with Gijon last season.
If he's good enough for Barca, they can buy him back at 10 million euros, which is as cheap as it gets for a player that is well, good enough for Barca.
I concur. I wanna say I remember their top scorer last season had 7 goals in the bundesliga. Coming from 2 Bundesliga maybe the expectation are a bit lower. but if he notches 10 he should be a Hero for them and for us. I want him starting for us in Russia. and it'd be nice to see a non-white American born NT player to score for us in the WC. i had figure Jozy might do the same in 2018 but who knows.
is anyone still following Union Berlin? hows' their start to the year? didn't he win their Player of the Year back in May?
well it's not like it's a bad thing to be discussed. A lot of folks have brought up that he's Hawaiian

Must be an idiom that I haven't learned yet, but eine dicke Nummer translates as "a fat number?" I guess Hamburg has to cut down on all that saturated fat.
They get 5.5 million Euros in cash over the next year or so, which is useful. They get his wages off the books for as long as he's with Hamburg, which is handy. They get a too-good-for-another-loan-but-not-yet-good-enough player PT and out of the dressing-room without selling him to a LaLiga competitor. They get a guaranteed buy-back option for 10 million Euros exercisable at any stage over the next two years. It's a no-brainer when you think about it. It's also really good news for Bobby: one of Europe's top AM prospects with 35 LaLiga games in his debut season providing Wood with the ammo next season is something to look forward to. Let's hope they both stay healthy.
Hamburg's local newspaper Abendblatt has a poll going, asking who should be the HSV forward next season: Lasogga 6% Wood 60% Both 33% Other 2%
