Time to get over this whole Beckham dealio and get on with the real business of making the rest of the Western Conference our personal bitches. I'd like to see Burse start if Dario is still hampered by injury. I'd like to see Dax replace Saragosa. I'd like to Goodson in the back with Serioux and his mystical, magical throw ins. I'd like to see Rhine on the bench. I'd like to see the same attacking flair we showed in the 2nd half of last night's game....but for 90 minutes. Let's hang 8 on the Crapids and make a statement that the 2nd half of this season belongs to FCD.

I'd like to see Sala and Goodson healthy, along with Ricardinho. Eight is NOT enough, let's go for 10. I'd like to see Ricardinho get his first MLS goal (and 2nd). I'd like to see Ruiz get at least one.

We're gonna destroy them. Colorado is an awful team this year.

I think it was Chamo that pointed out to me last night....we play horribly against bad teams.

Except the Rapids. Remember we're 2-0 against them this year and except for playoffs we haven't lost to them at home since the stone age. *cue Jasonma to stick his head in for some reason*

This is the line up I would like to see:
    Sala

    Moor Serioux Goodson Gbandi

    Alvarez McCarty Ricchetti Toja

    Oduro Ricardinho

Let's go with a fast, mobile front two who can combine with Alvarez and Toja. Bench Ruiz because this team will be better without him.

Lets just hope that Oduro can make the chances he has been given. I like that line up as well though. I wish Cooper was back.

Oduro is not starting quality for a good MLS team.

    Yes, Crush the Crapids! :D

I am curious to know what FCD did to irritate the Soccer Gods so much? That is the only way I can explain their SuperLiga result.

Hopefully, the proper offerings will be made and the SG's will be appeased by Saturday.

I'm no expert but I think Ricardinho will be out for awhile, he could barely walk last night and I'm sure he's hurtin big time today. If Goodson and Sala both have bad knees, rest em!

Yeah, I don't think we'll see Ricardinho this weekend. Looked like his hammy was hurting him pretty good.

Put Nunez in his jersey and nobody will know the difference.

Yeah, I was toying with that, or put the Captain armband on Ruiz, but I would think the Soccer Gods would ding us more in the MLS season for that.

Although they have knocked FCD out via the lowly Rapids two years running...

After losing to the Gals, no game is a lock anymore. But if I believed in karma I would think we still have a little more to dish out to the cRapids.

With the past with the Crapids in them eliminating us from the playoff and the whole Superliga T-T-L its safe to say FCD is pissed and ready to kick ass and take names.

*le sigh*...that's a bit of a stretch. The same was said about Arturo until he learned to shoot. Oduro's touch is improving, its just not there yet.

quite true. and which is not at all unusual for one of the top teams in a league. in the EPL, most of the big four's dropped points last season came against lousy teams. I saw some stat on it once.

Exactly, it's not there yet. Oduro has the raw tools to be great, but unless you pair him with a holding type forward, he's not any good. He still really needs to improve his touch and vision on the field...give it a couple more years and he could really be something, but right now IMO he's a very valuable sub but not starting quality on a good MLS team.

You can make the case that once Cooper is back Ruiz should be benched(I don't agree with it, but I can respect that point of view), but right now it would be absolutely rediculous.
