Same here, but to me the US one is what matters since that's where my cc info was. My Japanese account was to download demos not available in the US.
Why is it taking them so long to release information? I just read th at 23,000 people had their credit card info stolen. WTF Sony.
None at all? I received one back on the 27th of April. I'm not sure who should be more worried, those who do or those who don't.
I received one in Japanese, sent to an email I used to set up a Japanese account. No email was sent to my master account.
Went through 4 xboxs in 4 years. Finally gave up and got a PS3. This is the very first incident I've had with it, and it was a networking issue, not a hardware. Sony has my patience and forgiveness so long as the network failure doesn't go on an additional 3 weeks. I'm just fine with not having an additional monthly bill to play online.
lol i can't beleive people are still console fanboys i play ps3 and the online never troubles me bar this, and i's free why do people have such console vendettas? i prefer the playstation and the exclusives/pad etc and others prefer xbox or wii, what does it matter?
I'm surprised people are willing to think of "hardware" and "software" and "network" as independent entities to be judged separately. Aren't they just parts of the whole experience?
Ps3 also had the yellow light of death, and all of those 60GB with dual ps2 compatibility eventually fail, they have an incredibly high fail rate....what does sony do? offer you an inferior machine with no dual playback, and ask you pay 100 bucks plus shipping, that's their warranty.

The same thing happened to me with my xbox. It wasn't until 18 months later that I saw a credit on my credit card because Microsoft refunded it.
While they did have shitty security on their network, they were hacked. I can at least still play my console even if I can't get online. I went weeks without my xbox, sometimes months multiple times.
