Re: Sub-17 Qualifiers to Nigeria 2009 These are held every 2 years, so Mexico is not the defending champ (Nigeria is). Also, only the host nation qualifies directly (remember Chucho didn't qualify Mexico for 2007). If Mexico doesn't host, the 2009 qualifiers will be in the spring.
