Does anybody know any methodical methods of stetching/strengthening upper thigh. Help appreciated as much as a rainbow.
if you're talking upper thigh into the hip flexor area, then one that I always use is: kneel on the problematic leg, and place your opposite leg as that the knee is bent and your foot is flat on the ground. keep your back fairly straight, and lean forward, and you'll feel a stretch. make sure that the knee of the opposite leg does not go further than your foot- if it does, slide your leg further out.
That is the area that I am talking about. I know that way, but thank you anyway for exact form and for your great efforts and fortitude.
