The Titanfall effect.
Actually that has me wondering when this game will be added to EA Access. I'd guess at some point next year maybe to coincide with the release of Viseral's Star Wars title.
played a few round of hero vs villians, that is a good game type if you want to learn how the Hero characters work.
Or Evolve. Or (quite possibly) Rainbow Six: Siege in a few months. I'm not completely sure the developers have quite figured out how to make a full-price AAA multiplayer only FPS. From what I see, the grinding to get better "stuff" that players seem to accept in free-to-play games (League of Legends) or multiplayer components of single-player games (Call of Duty) seems to turn people off when it comes to multiplayer only FPS.
Walker Assault is so much fun.
The more I play this the more fun I have with it. Actually getting good enough with the aircrafts that I don't automatically crash into the ground anymore. Now I can make one maybe two runs over the battlefield before I slam my ship into something.
Interesting. I wonder what the new Tatooine map will be, Mos Eisley maybe?
Biggest thing I would want from Dice isn't more maps though, I would love some more training missions. Don't get me wrong I'll take more maps but those training missions are awesome, especially when playing them co-op.
And more player customization ...
And no ability to play as a stormtrooper sans helmet ...
That is the worst. Stormtroopers should have never been allowed to go helmetless.
I blame these two
Greedo and Nien Nunb coming to Battlefront....
Dice has definitely kept their promise and updating the game, I haven't even had a chance to try out the new Hoth map yet.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 trailer:
hints at a campaign
looks freaking awesome
Maul vs Yoda?
guessing that is a snip from multiplayer and the two will be added to the hero and villain list
Battlefront 2 does have a campaign and you play on the side of the Empire/First Order.
Currently $25 on Xbox and Playstation.
Oh how the mighty have fallen. You had the lootbox controversy, the letdown of the single player campaign (play as the Empire for once!!!!....for about an hour), and most people I know who've played Battlefront have told me the multiplayer is fine, but nothing spectacular.
But it's the lootboxes that the game will be remembered for. Legislation is starting to pop up to regulate them... if lootboxes are still around in 5 years, I think mechanically they'll be a lot different than they are today.
