Im arriving on the 14th Nov and staying for 11 nights. 3 nights spent in kandy and 8 spent in bentota. The hotels Ive booked are the Hilltop and the Bentota Beach Hotel. I am looking for excusion idea's and restaurant idea's. I know of Aida in Bentota, but thats it a the moment. Also does anyone have an idea of what the weather is like there at the moment? Cheers

From Kandy a good day trip is to Dambula and Sirigiya. They are both UNESCO sights. There is a fantastic Chinese restaurant in Kandy, one of the best I have ever tried. From Bentola Beach, try an excursion south to the city of Galle, a Dutch town that is now pretty much of a ghost town with a few tourists.
